He continued to soothe me as I cried even more.

"Do you need a moment alone?" He asked, and I heard that he was crying too. I shook my head no, not wanting to be alone.

"I guess you don't want to be alone." He moved me so I was hugging him.

"Don't ever let go of me, Brendon." I sobbed. He nodded and rubbed my back.

"Faelecia, look at me." I broke the hug and saw his blurry face, until he wiped away my tears.

"Nothing bad is ever gonna happen again, alright? This week was just one of those lousy weeks." He stated. I nodded and hugged him some more.

"Never leave me?" I asked. I felt him nod.

"Never." He responded. I smiled and continued to hug him.

"I locked the door to the bus, no one can come in and I want no one to go out." Zack said. We both nodded and Sarah walked in.

"How are you feeling, Faelecia?" Asked Sarah. I gave her a face that meant fifty, fifty. She nodded and sat down beside Brendon.

"You're safe though, nothing bad's gonna happen. Maybe a walk, all three of us and Zack-" Zack cut Sarah off.

"Thanks Sarah." He sarcastically laughed.

"But we can just go for a walk, if you want to." She suggested. I nodded and Brendon took the sleeve of his shirt, wiping my tears away.

"Cmon, let's go." She said, grabbing my hand. She took Brendon's hand as well and we left the bus with Zack walking behind us.

"New York is pretty at night..." I trailed off, holding both of their hands. I felt like I was a little kid. All the crying, holding their hands, but it didn't matter. Everything negative that happened this week was gone at the thought of Brendon and Sarah. They were perfect! They made great parents, and I loved them with everything in me.

"Hey! Look, Kinky Boots ad in Time Square!" I pointed to the big billboard with Brendon's face on it. He chuckled and looked at the heels.

"Those heels are BOSS!" He yelled, and I tried shushing him. He blocked my attack and started laughing.

"You wanna fight?" I threw my fists up in the air and he did the same. He put his fists down and picked me up, throwing me on his shoulder playfully.

"Zack, help me!" Brendon said, and Zack ran over to Brendon.

"What do you need?" He asked.

"Place her gently on the ground as I tickle her." He ordered. Zack nodded and took me off of Brendon's shoulder. He placed me on the ground and held me there.

"Sarah, help!" I cried out.

"Sorry, I already told Brendon I would side with him." She stated, holding my arms. I laughed as Brendon attacked me with his fingers.

"Ah, stop! I can't breathe!" I laughed, kicking my legs everywhere.

"Zack, hold her legs!" Brendon shouted, going from my neck to my stomach. Zack quickly pinned my legs to the ground of Time Square.

"We're in public Brendon! People can see us!" I shouted between loud gasps and laughs.

"That's the point!"He retorted.

"Stop, please, I need to catch my breath!" I stated. He slowly stopped and I was still pinned on the ground. Brendon stood over me, facing down.

"Guys... let her go." He ordered. They let me go and I shot up.

"Never have a fight with Brendon, because he will kill you, or at least, it feels like he does." I warned them.

"Sarah, wanna fight me?" He wriggled his eyebrows.

"Brendon! That's absolutely inappropriate, you need to know who you're talking to." I laughed. He winked at Sarah and we continued to walk.

"Can I have a piggy back Brendon? Zack slammed my legs into the floor and now they hurt." I glared Zack playfully. He laughed and apologized.

"Fine, I'll give you a piggy back ride." He gave in. I cheered and jumped on his back. We all laughed and continued to walk around, not far from the tour bus still.

"This is fun!" I laughed, stuffing my face in Brendon's hair. It smelt amazing!

"What are you doing?" Asked Brendon. I laughed and continued sniffing his hair.

"Your hair is so soft and it smells good, I'm stuffing my face in it!" I explained. He laughed, and everyone joined in.

"It's an iconic part of you," I replied. He nodded and we just continued walking. We would find things that we could never find back in LA, and it was so cool.

Bang!

It sounded like a gunshot, and I almost fell off of Brendon's shoulder.

"What the f**k was that?" I asked. Everyone looked at me, not even caring that I swore.

"I don't know, but I think it's best that we go back to the bus, let's go!" Brendon said. We all nodded and made our way home. A pit in my stomach started growing with every step Brendon took. Another loud bang was heard, and I screamed.

"Faelecia!" Brendon shushed me. I apologized quietly as we continued to run. Everything was suspenseful. Am I going to die today?

"We're almost there." Zack informed us.

"Ahhhhh!" Someone screamed. I looked over and saw Sarah on the ground with blood coming out of her shoulder.

Bang!

Another bullet was heard.

"Noooooooo!" Brendon and I both screamed. I jumped off his shoulders and ran to Sarah.

"You'll be fine, don't worry." I reassured her.

"Brendon! Call nine one one!" I cried out.

"I can't, I don't have my phone, you do it!" He yelled back. He ran up to Sarah, holding her in his arms. I whipped out my phone and dialled the number.

"9-1-1 what's your emergency?"

"My mothers been shot in the shoulder! Send an ambulance to Hirschfeld theatre!"
