Parking in front of her house for the first time in almost a year, Jerica just sits and looks at what she created. She's missed this place so much, she should have came home sooner. And she could have, with Harry in rehab, but at the time he seemed so unstable and about to bolt at any second being in Spain seemed safe. One good thing is someone took care of keeping her lawn, so now it doesn't look like a jungle gone wild. With a sigh Jerica opens her car door and gets out, she then reaches in the back and unbuckles Timmy and sets him on the ground.
"Stay close to mommy, so I can unload the bags." She tells him.

"K." Timmy mumbles as he grabs her pant leg, with a smile Jerica grabs a few of the bags from the trunk and they make their way to the house. Once there she sets the bags down, unlocks the door, pushes it open and walks in. When she flips on the lights she gasps and Timmy hides behind her because Harry is sitting on her sofa.
"What are you doing here?" Jerica asks.

Harry stands up, puts his hands in his pockets and shrugs. "I didn't want you coming home to a cold home, so I thought I'd make sure the heat was on. And since I'm here I figured I'd unload your vehicle while you keep an eye on our son." Harry couldn't believe how gorgeous Jerica is looking, yeah she's a little slimmer, but that's probably due to chasing a toddler around. And her tan? Hell she must have spent most of her time in he sun.

"Harry!" Jerica snaps. "Stop staring, I'm me, I haven't changed that much." She smiles.

"Sorry, but to me you're even gorgeous than you were the last time I saw you." Harry says, dead serious.

"You look pretty good yourself." Jerica says. "Hair is a lot longer, and curlier. You're thinner, but seem healthy. More muscular." Jerica says.

Harry takes a few steps closer. "I'm clean now, have been for four months. But I stayed in the program for the whole time, I didn't want to relapse."

"That's good, I'm happy for you Harry." Jerica says as she picks Timmy up.

Harry's eyes widen, getting his first good look at his son since they walked in the door. "Oh my God, he's so big." Harry whispers.

"Uhm, Harry? You're staring again." Jerica whispers causing Harry to blink.

"What do you expect me to do? I haven't seen my son in months..."

"Harry..." Jerica starts to say.

"No! Shut the fuck up." Harry yells, frightening Timmy, causing him to start crying. "Because of you I have missed most of my son's life." Harry yells as he walks closer to Jerica.

Jerica didn't like the look in Harry's eyes, it's one she's never seen before, making her believe he lied about being clean. So she takes a step back for every one he steps forward.

"I've missed his first steps, words. I've missed so fucking much." Harry yells as he keeps approaching the girl in front of him.

As soon as Jerica's back hits the wall she knew she was trapped, setting Timmy on the floor she quickly whispers. "Go hide, we'll play hide-and-seek." With that her son takes off.

For some reason Harry is in such a rage he doesn't even notice Timmy running out of the room. Wrapping his hands around Jerica's neck Harry slams her against the wall and continues to yell at her, he doesn't even realize he slams her against the wall more than once, or that she's about to pass out. He just knows he's angry as hell and she's going to pay for it.

Jerica knew Andi and Louis was supposed to come over, she just hoped they'd get here in time to save her son. Because with the way Harry's slamming her against the wall and choking her, it may be to late for her. Jerica wraps her hands around Harry's wrists, trying to pull them off her neck, she tries scratching him, kicking him, but nothing seems to breaking through to him. Just as she's about to black out, she faintly hears a scream, then she's getting air. But it's to late.

"What the fuck do you think you were trying to do. You think her almost dying in a fucking plane crash wasn't enough? You have to come in here and fucking finish her off." Louis screams at Harry as he sat on the floor where he knocked him, with his head buried in his hands. "Are back on the drugs, is that why you did this? Because all we've heard for the past two fucking days was how you couldn't wait until Jeri gets home so you could prove how much you've changed, that you're like the guy she first met."

Harry finally raises his head and looks at Louis, sticks his hand in his pocket and pulls out a small bag. "Found this in my car, the temptation was to much I just had to take some. I should have thrown it out the window, as was my first thought when I found it."

Louis grabs the bag from Harry's hand, walks to the bathroom and flushes the contents. "Is there anymore of that shit hidden anywhere else I need to know about?"

Harry swollows. "My work station at the shop. There a bag in the top drawer and a bag in Jeri's studio, in her supply cabinet."

Jerica walks into her livingroom carrying Timmy to see Harry still there. Stopping before she could get to close, she looks at Louis. "Get that bastard out of my house." She croaks out due to the damage done to her throat. She then looks at Harry, knowing he can see the bruises he left on her. "I see you near here again I'll call the cops, be glad I'm not doing that now. You're nothing but a liar, and I don't want you anywhere near my son. Unless the courts say otherwise, you'll never see him again." Jerica snaps out the best she can, before walking out of the room.
