16- Godbye Vic

I haven't been to this place in a long time. I mean, I only went here when I was really upset.

Here I was, sitting in the pouring rain under my willow tree, my head buried in my knees as they were pulled into my chest. I was so cold, every gust of wind, every drop of rain that hit me made me shiver and goosebumps arise on my skin.

I probably shouldn't be doing this to myself, and my baby.

Fuck, why did Vic have to do some dumb shit. Why can't I just be happy.
I was deathly pale, my body slowly wanting to shut down from exhaustion.

I tried to stand, resulting me crumbling back on the ground. I whimpered and covered my stomach. I need to get out of here, I can't hurt my baby.

I got up again, holding onto the tree for support as my trembling body fought through the leaves of the willow tree.

I gasped as I tumbled out of the leaves. The wind knocking my weak body side to side as I made my way up the barley noticeable pathway.

My body was shutting down from the coldness, but I couldn't let that happen. I don't know what would happen to my baby and I wasn't going to risk it.

I made it up to the sidewalk, collapsing onto the pavement in defeat, closing my eyes slowly as I took shaky breaths to try and regain control of my body.

"S-somebody...Help. Please" I whimpered out quietly using my last boost of energy to flip myself over into my side and curl up in a ball. The rain seemed to get harder and it felt like I was going to be easily washed away.

"M-mike it's f-fucking freezing. Let's go back h-home we haven't found him. It's been t-three hours." A voice mumbled. It sounded kind of familiar. I heard their footsteps approaching in my directing.

I opened my eyes and reached out, seeing the two faces of the people that didn't hurt me.

"H-help" I whimpered, extending my hand in hopes that they saw me.

Tony squinted ahead of him when he saw a figure in the street, trying to distinguish what it was until he saw the pale body sprawled out on the ground.

"Mike Oh my god, it's Kellin" Tony jogged towards me, taking off his jacket quickly and wrapping it around my body. "Fuck Kellin you are freezing. Let's get you inside." Mike picked me up and cradled me in his arms, solved walking towards the car and put me on the backseat where I was slowly regaining my body heat.

Mike covered me up with a spare blanket they kept in the car, with a look of pity on his face as Tony started the car and turned the heat on.

"It's gonna be okay Kellin" That was the last thing I heard before I closed my eyes and listened to the dull hum of the car relax my mind.

I was woken up by someone picking me up and walking quickly to the door to get inside before we got wet again.
I looked up and saw it was Mike as he placed me down on the couch.

"Th-thank you" I said quietly, he nodded and turned away and looked towards the stairs as he heard someone coming down.

"Mike?" I heard Vic's voice as I sat behind him, covering the view of me.
"What Vic" he sighed. I guess he was mad at Vic too. "I just want yo say I'm sorry f- Kellin?" Vic looked around mike to see my sat there with a blanket wrapped around my trembling body.
