Chapter 25!

Cat's pov . 

We left the Frozen Realm to return to Amity Park. I couldn't fly anymore, or had any powers that is. I had to hold on to him. I haven't done this in a while so I was scared. I was also scared to come home to, is my mom okay? Is she going to be mad at me for giving up my voice? Not only that, my voice comes with tons of powers, and in the wrong hands they can be bad. "Are you okay?" I see Danny's green eyes meet with mine and I nod my head slowly. You may think not talking is pretty easy, but it sucks. I see my house and I see Tucker and Sam outside of it sitting on the stone stairs. I look up and my eyes meet with Sam's, "I'm so sorry Cat." she whispers. It seems that her black eye liner has been smeared off from tears. I try to tell her it's okay, but I keep on forgetting. "Where's her voice?!" Sam yells, "Ember." that's all Danny had to say. "I have a plan for you Cat, here take this." Tucker hands me a little keypad thing and I type out the words, and the machine says it for me. I nod my head and smile replacing the thank you I would've gave him. I slowly walk inside and my mom is with Vlad. "I shouldn't of let her go!" she screams, I gulp and run to her side. "This is too much, too many ghost, she lost her voice for God's sake!", "She wouldn't of found her if it wasn't for that-ghost boy!" I felt my eyes wide, I pull up her chin and shake my head. "It's true.", I held up my finger to tell her to wait, "No, it isn't his fault. I should've stayed with dad. My place is there, if you think it's Danny's fault it isn't.  Can't blame people for someone's fault." the machine said. She just shook her head back and forth, "I can't do this! Who knew having a half ghost daughter would be easy. "Who said it would be easy? At least you know. I have to hide this seceret from my parents, and their ghost hunters. I have to hide it from them all the time." Danny buts in. "But I promise , I promise with everything of me. I will take care of your daughter. No matter what. I love her." he spats out. I felt my eyes widen even more, with a little bit of tears in them. Without warning I run over to him and hug him, he put his arms around my waist. "He cares about him dear." Vlad says, at least he's on our side. "Please promise me Ms. Matthews." Danny sighed, "Okay. I believe you. I'm going to be in this, no matter what. No one is going to hurt my baby.". My mom joined us, but sadly. Ember might be leading all the ghost, towards us. But I know this isn't over. We're just getting started.
