Chapter 9

Jungkook woke up with a giant headache. He was at the festival too the night before and helped a lot of people with a lot of stuff. His headache started at the festival, but he didn't say anything to anyone as to not bother any people there. He took some painkillers when he got home but they weren't really affective.

He checked the time and read 6:43. He decided it was time to get up now, Rap Monster had to be woken up at 7 'o clock. As soon as Jungkook got up, a shot of pain ran through his head. He let out a screech and collapsed back on the bed. He let out some shaky breaths and closed his eyes. Jungkook started getting dizzy and his face was heating up.

Everything became dark around Jungkook and he slowly fell into unconsciousness.

At least an hour later, Jungkook was being shaken awake by someone. "Jungkook-ah, Kookie, wake up!" Jungkook's eyes shot open and he sat right up, causing his head to buzz and sting. He hissed and pressed his palm to his temple. "Irene-noona...?" Jungkook asked confused as he took a better look at her. "Jungkook, are you feeling okay? You didn't wake up RapMon on time and your face is all red." said the girl, examining the younger boy's face.

Jungkook was still feeling confused and tired. "Did you eat something at the festival yesterday? Was it really cold? Did you bring a jacket?" she kept asking. Jungkook could only answer with dull 'yes' and 'no's. Irene eventually pushed him back slowly on his bed. "You have a fever, get some rest, I'll handle the rest of your work for today or for as long as you're ill." Jungkook widened his eyes bit Irene held up her hand before he could say something. "And I will not accept any refusal." "B-but, who dressed RapMon-nim?" asked the boy weakly. "He dressed himself, but I picked out his outfit since I didn't trust him doing that." she answered.

Jungkook rested his head back and relaxed. "I-i trust you noona, tell RapMon-nim I'm okay..." said Jungkook before drifting off to sleep. "I'll inform him of your condition." Irene said and left Jungkook's room.

"Rap Monster-ssi, can I enter?" Irene knocked on Rap Monster's office door. "Come in" answered the leader. "How's Jungkook doing?" he asked. "He has a fever and he's feeling very week. I don't think he can do any work for at least a few 3 to 4 days." answered the girl. RapMon sighed and hung his head low. "Do you know how he got a fever?" "He said he didn't eat anything bad at the festival and he claimed he took his jacket with him there as well." answered Irene. 

RapMon looked confused, "Yeah he did bring a jacket but the weather wasn't bad. And we only ate before we went to the festival and after it." he said more to himself than to Irene. "Thank you Irene.... You may leave..... Is Jungkook's work not too much for you?" he asked before she left. "No, that will be alright.".

When she left, RapMon was still wondering how Jungkook got a fever. He got up from his seat and decided to pay Jungkook a visit.

When he arrived at the boy's bedroom door, he knocked first to see if he was awake. When no one responded, he slowly opened the door. Jungkook was sound asleep and snoring lightly. He looked so peaceful, with a light tint on his face. 'I should probably ask some servants to take care of him.' Rap Monster thought.

He walked closer to Jungkook and stroked the younger's hair. "Get well soon, Jungkook." he said and placed a kiss on the boy's head.

Rap Monster slowly closed Jungkook's bedroom door when he left and went to ask some servants if they could take care of Jungkook.

Guy's I'll have to go back to fasting tomorrow so yeah I wont be updating for a while again :")
