Touka POV
I heard the creak of the storage room door open and there stood Kaneki.
"K-Kaneki..." I whispered.
"Yes my dear?" He whispered back.
"What happened?"
"Another student is dead."
"WHAT?!"
"The police are on their way."
"Kaneki," I whispered, looking at the faint blood line on his shirt. "Did, did you kill him?"
Kaneki thought for a moment. "No."
"Why did you hesitate?"
"Because," he whispered, getting closer to me and squeezing my hand. "I had to ponder if I did it, and blacked out, or if Taro came in and stabbed him."
"TARO killed him?!" I asked, surprised.
"Yeah. It's coming back to me now."
Suddenly I got the glimpse of Izumi's dead body, and a message written sloppily in blood.
COME TO THE STREET ACROSS FROM YOUR HOUSE. ILL BE WAITING FOR YOU TOUKA.
I shrieked and hugged Kaneki. "Should I go?!"
"Yes. If you want to avoid dying I guess." He grabbed me and kissed me.
as quick as a flash, a knife was pelted into Kaneki's head. I screamed and backed against a wall.
There stood Susuke, bloody.
"It was a trick, my lady," he whispered, grazing my hair with his hand. "He wanted to trick you into becoming your boyfriend. I just couldn't let that happen."
"S-S-Susuke!" I cried. "D-D-Don't kill m-m-me!"
"Oh I won't kill you my lady, only people who try to get between us, I swear. Meet me outside of your house, or I'll go back on my promise." He whispered.
He left and kicked out a chair with Higaku tied to it.
"HIGAKU SENPAI!" I cried running toward him, but Susuke pushed the chair down the stairs. His painful screams through the duct tape on his mouth will echo through my mind forever.
"Meet me and he lives. He's alive now, don't worry. You can care for him now." Susuke left.
I clutched my fists in anger and ran to help Higaku.
"Higaku senpai! Speak to me!" I cried. I tore the duct tape off of his mouth and started untying him when he gained consciousness.
"Yatsuhama?" He asks flickering his eyes.
"Oh my dog! I'm so sorry!" He chuckled.
"Dog?" I gasped and hugged him. His sense of humor was still there.
"I need to explain everything to you!" I cried. I told him everything since I got here, even the parts about where I thought he was cute.
"Yanderes," he said. "We have actual Yanderes in our school!"
