She wants me to take my shirt off in front of her. I think there's nothing wrong with that. My shirt is wet and I need to take it off anyway. Yeah! There's nothing to worry about (I guess...).
I take my shirt off and she tells me:
- I'll wash it and it will be good as new. – she blushed as soon as I exposed myself.
- You don't need to do it. Besides, other girls would be jealous. I mean... What about my mum? She has washed my shirts since I was a baby, so she would be feel betrayed if someone else decides to wash my clothes. – I said, trying not to make things awkward between us.
Whitney doesn't try not to laugh which makes her look like a villain in a terror film.
- It's fine, silly. I got to tell you that your body is much better now. Oh! You got a tattoo. – she claims grabbing my arm.
- I got it today. So... Don't you mind to wash my shirt? For sure? I don't want to botter you.
She makes that beautiful smile while holds my shirt and claims:
- You never bottered me you fool.
I chose one black shirt and meanwhile Jimmy parks his Seat in the drive away.

We talked for hours until I finally ask:
- Is Whitney here for a long time?
- She came last week. I think she met a guy who made her pass through a lot in Mexico, so she came back to this weird place. I don't think she will leave again... Did you miss my sister?
- No, man. I mean... I'm glad she is back.
Jimmy makes that weird expression of his, and claims:
- You're contradicting yourself, man.
I've decided to think before I say something wrong. While I was doing that, Jimmy stares at me in a serious way:
- My sister will kill me if she finds out I read her diary while she was unpacking her case, which means: not even a single word!
- What did you read?
My friend sighs and starts telling the whole story.
- She didn't come back because she missed us. She came because her boyfriend was always threating her. She told my parents her relationship wasn't going okay. She even said that someday she would suid him for domestic violence. My parents told the whole neighborhood she couldn't stand the distance between us. However, that was only an excuse. If she hadn't came, by this time the guy could have killed her. Of course, she didn't tell that part to my mum. She talked to them about the domestic violence but she didn't talk about the time when she ended up in the hospital because he pushed her from the first floor. Fortunately, she only broke her leg. Nothing was proved and the guy wasn't arrested. When she came home, her boyfriend told her she would pay later. That was when she booked a flight and run away while he was at school.
I couldn't believe what he said!
- Who is he?
Someone knocks the door, so we change the subject.
