"What have I told you child?" Mama sternly said
"I know! I need to focus on work." I huffed.
"Exactly. Now get your butt out of this house and head to work before you are late." Mama demanded as I nearly was thrown out of the house.
I strolled to work but something unusual happened.
I felt dizzy... Really dizzy. "Am I ill?" I asked myself.
I felt a wave of energy pulse through me like I have just touched a live wire.
It shocked me for a moment but I shook it off.
Until... A little boy ran towards me.
I didn't see him at first but as soon as I did, I tried to move out the way.
It was too late, I thought he would bump into my leg but...He ran straight through me.
Wait... Hold up a moment. What just happened.
I stood like a statue, I'm in shock.
The little boy's father walked straight through me.
I felt the emptiness through out my body.
Am I transparent?
*Awake*
My eyes fluttered open.
I gasped for air and my heart was like a cheater, running so fast.
I glanced over to see the doctor looking worried.
I noticed the defibrillators in his hands and nurses all around me.
What's going on?
Why does my whole body feel numb?
Please... Someone give me answers.
"You are okay." The doctor said in relief.
I looked back at him in desperation.
I could sense his uneasiness and fear for my life.
"Am I in that much of a bad state?" I asked myself.
I felt the darkness overcome me once again...
Whatever is happening to me, it sure likes me to sleep.
