I shuffled up the stairway to my bedroom with Kiryu following behind me. I took a deep breath, my heartbeat throbbing fast. I felt so relieved...who'd knew that someone could accept me so easily...
But I no longer have to be afraid...Ji has already accepted me as a student here at Lycht. And I will treasure it my whole life...
"Arigatou, Kiryu....I don't know what I would do without you...," I conveyed.
Together, we trailed on over to the balcony, where we both call it a place where we can wander off to. In the distance, was a bright moon hovering over the forest. And below, fire flies roam around the entire campus.
I guess all that paperwork was required for the whole day...
Taken by the scenery, I was eager to see it and touch it for myself...for the first time since I've ran away.
"Kiryu, what do say? Lets go out for a bit," I said as Kiryu nodded in response.
Carefully, I climbed onto Kiryu's back and held onto his fur. On the high balcony, we jumped off, leaving trails of light until we have touched the ground.
"Yosh...," I claimed as we reached the ground.
Dismounting, my bare feet touched the delicate grass that tickle underneath my skin. Looking up, I noticed the little fire flies dancing in the moonlight. My eyes beamed in awe, noticing it for the first time. At the same time, my necklace shown a bright light, in response to my use of it. From the palms of my hand, I created a little ball of light. With a toss in the air, it exploded to strings of light that eventually disappeared into nothing.

A few minutes has passed as Kiryu and I continue to loiter around in the school yard. Distracted by the fire flies, We heard a noise not too far away from our current location.
"Who's there......,"I said in a quiet voice.
Alarmed, Kiryu took hold of my uniform by his teeth and in a blink of an eye, we were both back from the balcony that we started from. Kiryu then dropped me gently on the balcony and disappeared.
"Good job, Kiryu," I said getting up off the floor, brushing the dirt off my uniform.
I wonder what that was...
Looking at the bright moon once more, I flopped onto my bed.
Soon.....I will be a student here...
As I thought that, I fell into a deep sleep....
