"Yes...that is me," I replied, a little bit on guard. Though...this person doesn't seem sketchy...
"Don't be scared. I'm not going to hurt you," he said.
"Who are you?" I asked, a little suspicious of him.
"Luka," he answered. "My name is Luka."
Luka? The person that Ji has told me about?
"Luka...you say," I said.
"What do you want?" I continued.
Hands up, he gave me a half smile. "Don't worry, I just wanted to know what you were like."
Really? That's a bit hard to believe, considering the friend of Rem's.
"Why?" I blurted.
"If you didn't think Rem getting so attached to you suspicious, I don't know what is," he stated.
"What...do you mean?" I questioned, giving him a look.
"I'm sure you have heard before but, against no one...Rem doesn't involve himself. You are the first person in years that has gotten him curious. So, I just wanted to see what you were like," he explained.
"I see... So that's why," I mumbled.
Somehow, I didn't exactly feel happy...I feel like everyone is concerned with me, rather than surprised and the Demi's here always avoided him...I wonder why that is.
"I'm really....nothing special," I answered.
Of course...that was a lie. Even I don't know myself.
Luka then shifted over to the stairs, down the seats. "If you say so," he mumbled.
With my ears, I could hear pretty well. And what he says, is troubling me. Getting up from my seat, I tend to figure out his intention. "What do you mean?" I yelled, intending to stop him in his tracks.
"Sorry, it's my turn now. We can talk later," he waved.
I stood there, alone in the columns and rows of seats as Luka made his way down to the arena for his test.
"Luka...just who is he?" I whispered.
"Luka Faltner, is his name. One of the best students here in Lycht. Though, he has the potential along with Rem to upgrade to specials. Together, the both of them rejected the request and decided to stay in advanced classes," a male voice said behind me.
I immediately turned around to two familiar faces. "Ahzeel! Fi!" I said.
"Good job on your test today," Fi complimented.
I blushed a little, overwhelmed by the compliment."Thank you...Though, it was a tie," I said.
"I was surprised, that you used two attributes....Is that even possible?" Ahzeel blurred out.
"From what I know...the only Demi's with two attributes are families of royals that are blessed with a second attribute in order to aide with their rule," Ahzeel recalled.
Royals?...But, I have three...not two.
"Oh don't worry. I am no where close in being a royal," I said in denial.
