28 November 2552

I only came to light when I felt the similar awesome smell of sweet fish and I wasted no time opening my eyes (though getting up into sitting position was like crawling out of hell).

My eyes instantly fell onto my Fang and him cooking the same awesome food as Mona was like in coma. She was so lifeless as her body was situated in a rooted position and her body was really warm in the cold night. Maybe she has gotten fever.

We finished our food resources and had very meagre amount of water left. I locked my eyes shut and prayed for help to arrive as soon as possible. Praying and praying, my body was too tired to growl anymore and entered slumber.

The morning was awful as Mona refused to wake up. I tried to shake her body but all that replied was silence. For a minute I thought she was dead and I called out for Fang. Despite my growing love or crush for him, for the past few days I have been realising that I was getting stronger because of Mona. She made me feel so special and she was like my sister.

I just have this confidence in me whenever I stick with her and I have this sense of protection when with Fang, so it was lovely. Lovely to be with both of them.

He checked her pulse and then finally concluded to me that she was still alive, causing my heart rate to drop so low. I was so relieved and started meditating her with all the healing techniques I’ve learnt and as well with majority of my depleting energy. I placed my revolving blue healing ball as I chanted the all mighty spell of the Ice Witches to save Mona. It was a very complex and energy taking ritual but somehow I had that weird feeling that it was worth it.

Once she was in conscious, I almost went to death but I gripped on the sand and I felt Fang picking me up. I was perched onto his shoulder as Mona was slightly shaking as she walk but was able to manage whilst I was in between heaven and hell.

I could not remember what happened. I only knew both of them kept walking and I was not feeling well on Fang’s shoulder. It was hard you know but mainly my hair could not survive the heat and eventually I had to vomit twice, pausing the whole journey but so amazingly they never mentioned a syllable and I was so touched by their uttermost care and concern  for me.

My head throbbed and my stomach spun like a top as scorching sun blared mercilessly on my back but I lost count how many times he did that.

Hours and hours passed. I could feel Fang almost falling to his knees and Mona… Mona was literally crawling. I was just about to droop into don’t-ask-me-what when suddenly Mona sprung (not so) from her position and started waving frantically at something. I could not turn my head as I could not even move my eyeballs. I guessed it was rescue as I felt Fang lightly tapping on me.

It seemed that rescue did come. Hah! I knew it that saving Mona was worth it! Her pretty face can get us to safety! I just wanted someone to blame on..

I bear for that five minutes until I felt comfortable. But I realised something wrong. I realised that my vision was blurry and I could not see until I felt something injected into me. It sent a slightly stinging pain through me but I tried to keep still until I fell into what I call I real sleep in a very comfy manner.

It was like… no one could disturb me here. Here in this wonderful place.
