Chapter 30: The Date Proposal...

6:50 A.M, Sana, Jihyo, and Dahyun, Seoul's Local Flower Shop

"Alright, first off, what flower are we going to get?" asked Dahyun.
"Well, Mina's favorite color is blue and purple, and roses are the common or-best flowers you can give to a girl when you propose..?? I think..??" confused Jihyo.
"Purple rose!!" said Sana.
"No, I think blue rose." said Dahyun."
"No, purple!" argued Sana.
"No, blue!" argued Dahyun.
"Purple!" argued Sana.
"Blue!" argued Dahyun.
"Purple!" argued Sana.
"Blue! argued Dahyun.
"How about a mix of both?" asked Jihyo.
"Hmm.. I don't see why not." said Dahyun.
"Yeah, that could work." said Sana.
"Blue and purple mix.. violet or magenta.. or something like that." thinking Dahyun.
"Yeah, something like that." said Jihyo.
"Alright, then let's search for that colored rose!" said Sana.
*The three girls searched and Dahyun saw something*
"Oh my gosh! Look! A purple-blue rose!! It looks perfect!!" said Dahyun.
"Oh, yes! I'm sure Mina would love it!" said Jihyo.
"So pretty!" said Sana.
"Let's get it!" said Jihyo.
*The three girls payed for the purple-blue rose and started walking to the school. Ten minutes later, meanwhile, Jimin, V, Jungkook, and Jin walks to the backstage of the cafeteria*
"Do you know what you're going to say, Jimin?" asked Jungkook, nervously.
"Trust me. Plus, the teacher even likes me!" said Jimin.
"Okay, here goes nothing." said Jin.
*Jimin opened the door and the teacher was practicing with another student*
"Oh hey there, Jimin! This is teacher work day, what are you doing here? Just visiting?" asked Mrs. Chi.
"Y-yeah, I guess-" said Jimin.
"Oh, cool! Well, you pulled off a good performance the last few days or weeks ago! Your partner, Mina, also did good!" claimed Mrs. Chi.
"Haha, thank you so much Mrs. Chi!" said Jimin.
"Haha, yup! So, why are you here, Jimin? Just visiting? And.. a-are those your friends too? What are they doing back here? You know only backstage members are allowed such as theater, backstage crew, singers, and dancers!!" screamed Mrs. Chi.
"Oh no, we're doomed!" whispered V.
"Just have faith, V. Just have faith." whispered Jin.
"No, Mrs. Chi, you got it all wrong. I need two of your spotlights for a.. a pr-presentation.. yeah that's right.. a presentation! So I-I need two of your spotlights, please. My friends are here to help me carry them." said Jimin.
"Presentation for which class?" asked Mrs. Chi.
"F-for history!! Yes, history." said Jimin.
"Hmm... alright. Just return it to me
soon, okay Jimin? I trust you." said Mrs. Chi.
"Thank you so much!!" said Jimin.
*Jimin managed to convince Mrs. Chi and the four boys rolled the two spotlights to the classroom*
"Man, this is heavy." said Jin.
"Told you you're weak." said Jungkook.
"JUNGKOOK!!" shouted Jin.
*While the four boys roll the two spotlights to the classroom, meanwhile, ten minutes later, Momo, Suga, and J-Hope enters the history teacher's classroom*
"Oh, why good morning, students! You know this is teacher work day, right?" reminded Mrs. Chang.
"Yeah, that's why we're here!" said Momo.
"Um.." said Mrs. Chang, confused.
"Oh my gosh, Momo. Here, I'll handle it from here." whispered Suga.
"I'm very confused right now." said Mrs. Chang.
"Mrs. Chang, we kindly ask you to leave the classroom and not come back for the whole day. We want to practice our dance routine for our dance class outside of school and this seems to be the perfect classroom. So please, let us?" asked Suga, professionally.
"Um, well.. why not any other classroom? Or even the park? That's way, way bigger than this classroom." said Mrs. Chang.
"And you said I was bad!" whispered Momo.
"I'm sorry! I tried!" whispered Suga.
"I tried too!" whispered Momo.
"Well, thank you for trying!! Sorry!" whispered Suga.
"It's okay and thank you for trying too!" whispered Momo.
"Let me handle it from here guys." whispered J-Hope.
"Guys, what's going on?" asked Mrs. Chang, suspiciously.
"Oh, this is such a beautiful classroom. So dazzling and beautiful. Perfect for our dance practice. Plus, this is a one time opportunity! To connect with you and actually communicate!" said J-Hope.
"Ew, communicating with this teacher? Gross." whispered Suga.
"Hmm, well... I mean, I don't see why not. Okay. I'll bring my stuff to the office and work there then. Bye and have fun with your dance practice!" said Mrs. Chang.
"Thank you, bye!" said Momo.
"Mrs. Chang leaves the classroom and heads for the office*
"Alright, good job guys. I'll call Rap Monster to come and point the spotlight with Jeogyeon." said Suga.
"Okay." said Momo.
*Suga calls Rap Monster. Rap Monster picks up*
"Aye, What's up guys, did you guys get the classroom yet?" asked Rap Monster.
"Yes, we did! That's why we're telling you and Jeongyeon to come over." said Suga.
"We're walking right now! Good job guys, See you there!" said Rap Monster.
"See you!" said Suga.
*The call ends*
"Hmm, Rap Monster, I wonder if Jungkook, V, Jin, and Jimin are escorting the two spotlights." said Jeongyeon.
"They probably are. Let me call them." said Rap Monster.
*Rap Monster calls Jimin*
"Aye, Rap Monster, how are you?" asked Jimin.
"Hey! Jeongyeon and I are walking to school right now and we are wondering if you got the spotlights already?" asked Rap Monster.
"Yup! All ready to go!" said Jimin.
"Alright, awesome! Bye! See you guys there!" said Rap Monster.
"Bye!" said Jimin.
*The call ends. Mrs. Chang bumped into Jimin, V, Jungkook and Jin*
"Oh, hello boys. Wait, are you bringing the spotlights for your dance practice?" asked Mrs. Chang.
"Dance practice? What in the world?" asked Jin.
"Well, Momo, Suga, and J-Hope are borrowing my classroom for their dance practice. Is that the case you're bringing the two spotlights?" asked Mrs. Chang.
"Dang, that's a good lie to be honest." whispered V.
"Yes, of course! Our dance practice needs the, you know, attention! And some, pizazz! The spotlights seems to have a lot of pizzaz so we're bringing them." said Jungkook.
"Alright then, okay, I'm not the one judging." laughed Mrs. Chang.
"Haha." fake laughed the boys.
"Well, see you later guys!" said Mrs. Chang.
"See you!" said Jimin.
*Jimin, V, Jungkook and Jin arrives at the classroom*
"Hey guys!" said J-Hope.
"Hey!" said Jimin.
*Five seconds later, Rap Monster and Jeongyeon arrives*
"Hey guys! Ready to point the spotlights, Jeongyeon?" asked Rap Monster.
"Yup!" said Jeongyeon.
"Great!" said Rap Monster.
*Ten minutes later, Jihyo, Sana and Dahyun arrives*
"Hey guys! Got the flower?" asked Jimin.
"Yup! A purple-blue rose!" said Jihyo.
*Jihyo hands the flower to Jimin*
"Awesome guys! Okay, now we all just need Tzuyu, Nayeon and Chaeyoung to escort Mina. They're still at home. I'll call them." said Jimin.
*Jimin calls Chaeyoung*
"Hi Jimin! Are you guys all set?" asked Chaeyoung.
"Yes, we are! That's why I'm calling you right now. We moved all the desk and chair to the back of the classroom and now, onto last mission, which is escorting Mina." said Jimin.
"Okay, I'll call Tzuyu and Nayeon. We have a plan." said Chaeyoung.
"Alright! Don't forget to dress up. The boys are in suits and the girls are in dresses." said Jimin.
"Alright. I'll tell Mina to dress up too." said Chaeyoung.
"Okay, awesome. But you have to make up an excuse about it." said Jimin.
"Yeah, I know, don't worry Jimin! I'll tell you when we arrived. Good luck Jimin!!" said Chaeyoung.
"Thank you!!" said Jimin.
*Chaeyoung calls Tzuyu and Nayeon to meetup outside of Mina's house. Five minutes later, The three girls are outside of Mina's house without Mina not knowing*
"Hello guys! Alright, let's get Mina out of this house and tell her to dress her best." said Chaeyoung.
"Yeah!" said Nayeon.
*Tzuyu rings the doorbell. Mina opens the door, in her pajamas*
"Hey guys! What are you guys doing here? And.. where are the others?" asked Mina.
"You'll find your answer if you follow us to school. But before you do that, please dress your best." said Tzuyu.
"Yes, maybe a sparkly dress or something. Just dress your absolute best." said Nayeon.
"W-why?? And.. why do we have to go to school? This is teacher's work day, remember?" reminded Mina.
"Yes, of course. But, we have a... a special event.. of some sort." said Chaeyoung.
"Please elaborate." said Mina.
"It's a.. a cool event.. like Tzuyu said, you have to follow us to school to see what it is." said Tzuyu.
"Hm, it's that special, huh." said Mina.
"Yup! That's why we're in dresses, makeup, all that beauty-stuff. Now dress up, put on makeup, nice earrings, nice shoes, anything nice." said Nayeon.
"O-okay.. do we really have to go though?" asked Mina.
"YESSS!!" shouted Nayeon, Tzuyu and Chaeyoung.
"Okay! Okay! Jeez, how important this event must be." said Mina.
"Yes, very. Now go! Go!" said Nayeon.
*Ten minutes later, Mina comes out dressed up and beautifully done*
"Beautiful Mina! Beautiful!!" complimented Nayeon.
"Yeah, gorgeous!" complimented Chaeyoung.
"Haha, agreed. Now, let's go to school!" said Tzuyu.
"Okay. Something feels fishy though." said Mina.
"Don't worry, Mina." said Tzuyu.
*The four girls arrived at school*
"Hang on guys, let me call someone first." said Chaeyoung.
*Chaeyoung walks away from them and calls Jimin*
"Hey Chaeyoung! Did you get my Mina-I mean, just Mina?" asked Jimin.
"Haha, yes we got Mina." laughed Chaeyoung.
"Awesome! Where are you guys now?" asked Jimin.
"We just arrived at school. We're gonna head for the classroom right now. I'll knock on the classroom door three times to warn you that we're here." said Chaeyoung.
"Alright, thank you!" said Jimin.
"Yup! Good luck Jimin!" said Chaeyoung.
*The call ends*
"Hmm, I don't see any school events going on. It's.. pretty empty." said Mina.
"Oh, not outside here in the campus. In a classroom." said Tzuyu.
"Oh, which classroom?" asked Mina.
"We're going to escort you there right now." said Nayeon.
"Okay, I guess you guys can't tell me anything, huh." said Mina.
"You'll see what happens next, Mina." said Nayeon.
*Meanwhile, in the classroom*
"You look very handsome, Jimin." said Dahyun.
"Thank you." said Jimin.
"Mina's going to be impressed, I can see it." said Rap Monster.
"Haha, I hope she will be." said Jimin.
*Suddenly, the classroom door is knocked three times*
"Oh! It's them! Quick! Everyone get to the back of the classroom except Rap Monster and Jeongyeon because they're doing the spotlights! Someone get the lights!" said Jimin.
"I'll take care of it!" said Dahyun.
*Dahyun turns off the lights. The group wishes Jimin the best of luck. The door opened*
"And here is the special event we were talking about." said Chaeyoung.
"Um.. the classroom is dark." said Mina.
*Nayeon moved Mina to a specific spot and told her to stay there. Nayeon, Tzuyu, and Chaeyoung also ran to the back of the class*
"What's going on guys?!" asked Mina, furiously confused.
*Suddenly, the two spotlights turned on, one pointing at Jimin and one pointing at Mina*
"J-Jimin?!" said Mina, shocked.
"H-hello.. Mina.." said. Jimin, shyly.
"Jimin got this!" whispered V.
"Yes he does!" whispered Tzuyu.
"Oh my gosh, Jimin! You look so handsome!!" complimented Mina.
"Haha, I knew she would be impressed." whispered Rap Monster.
"Yup." whispered Dahyun.
"Mina.. we've known each other since our childhood days.... and I realized since then up until now.. that you're like a math equation. Talent plus dancing plus singing plus visuals plus fun and kind personality plus perfection of everything plus smartness equals.. well.. you! Myoui Mina!" said Jimin.
"Mina's face turns red*
"We've been, well, I guess, 'acting' like a couple lately. You know, our little hugs and cuddles and more things here and there. But I don't want to 'act' like a couple anymore. I want to 'be' a couple now. I've had the biggest crush on you ever since. So, Myoui Mina, I ask you..." said Jimin.
*Jimin pulls out the purple-blue rose from inside his suit and goes down to one knee. Mina puts her hands on her face but still peeking through her fingers to see*
"Will you... be my girlfriend?" asked Jimin, confidently but mostly shy.
"Park Jimin..." blushed Mina.
"Yes...??" asked Jimin.
"YES! I WILL BE YOUR GIRLFRIEND!!!" admitted Mina, loudly.
"OH MY GOSH! YES! SHE SAID YES! SHE SAID YES! THANK YOU, THANK YOU!" shouted Jimin, happy.
*The group loudly applaud and cheered for him. A party time!!*
"We're officially dating now, huh?" asked Jimin.
"Yup, we are! I'm proud to call you my boyfriend!! Let's see what the future holds for us!! Maybe we're going to get married one day and have kids!!" said Mina.
"Haha, yes!! I hope that happens! I love you dearly, Myoui Mina." said Jimin.
"I love you dearly too, Park Jimin." said Mina.
*Jimin and Mina, once again, kissed in the lips. The group were partying so loud and so hard. What an awesome, memorable day for the two!!!*
