Chapter 39: Watch Out For Us!

3:00 P.M, Suga's House, Seoul

*Since Suga knows that Chaeyoung and V still doesn't trust J-Hope and Jeongyeon, he invited them to his house. V and Chaeyoung finally arrived at Suga's house and the three are inside Suga's bedroom*
"Okay, I invited you guys here because, you know, you guys still don't trust J-Hope and Jeongyeon. Like me. I don't trust them either." said Suga.
"We need to keep an eye on their every move." said V.
"Yeah, that's right! But... how?" asked Chaeyoung.
"That is why I invited you guys here. Give me a second." said Suga.
*Suga pulls out a blueprint and puts it on a stand so that V and Chaeyoung can see it. V and Chaeyoung are sitting next to each other on the floor observing Suga's blueprint and listening to him*
"As the genius I am, I plan to create a device that will track down every move of theirs. Not exactly, but it's close enough to the best of my ability. This tracking device will do three things which is hear everything they're talking, their exact location of where they are, and a secret camera to see everything they see. Once it does all of that, it will send all of that to my computer and my phone so we can see where they are and what they're saying. Don't worry, I'll connect your phones to connect to the device too so you can see where they are and hear what they're saying too." said Suga.
"Wow! Amazing plan!" said V.
"Yes, indeed!" said Chaeyoung.
"Thanks guys! That's why I need you guys to help me build this tracking device! Remember, we need to build two since it's J-Hope and Jeongyeon." said Suga.
"Got it!" said V.
"Got it too! But... how long will it take?" asked Chaeyoung.
"Um... not sure... I'm guessing maybe two to three days?" guessed Suga.
"TWO TO THREE DAYS?!" said Chaeyoung, shocked.
"Have patience, Chaeyoung. It'll all be worth it since we're trying to catch J-Hope and Jeongyeon. Let's start now! Get to work, workers!" said Suga.
*Three days have passed. They already tested Suga's devices and now they're ready to sneakily put it on J-Hope and Jeongyeon. V is hiding behind J-Hope's house with the device and Chaeyoung is hiding behind Jeongyeon's house with the device while Suga is at his house seeing the through the camera with his computer*
"Alright, you got your headsets on, right? Testing, testing." said Suga.
"Testing, testing. This is V." said V.
"One, two, three. Testing. This is Chaeyoung." said Chaeyoung.
"Alright, I can hear you guys loud and clear. Can you guys hear me loud and clear?" asked Suga.
"Yes I can." said Chaeyoung.
"Roger, yes I can." said V.
"Okay. Then, can you guys hear each other?" asked Suga.
"I can hear you Chaeyoung. Can you hear me?" asked V.
"Yes, I can hear you V." said Chaeyoung.
"Alright, we'll start off with phase one. V will do it first. Try to put the device on J-Hope. Ring the doorbell, now." commanded Suga.
"Got it, commander." said V.
"V, this isn't pilot stuff." said Suga.
*Chaeyoung laughed. V laughed too*
"Haha, sorry, sorry." said V.
*V rings the doorbell. V gulps*
"What's wrong? Why did you gulp?" asked Suga.
"I'm just... you know.. nervous..." said V.
"It's okay. Just slip it in there and get yourself out of there. Simple as that." said Suga.
"It probably doesn't sound as easy as it looks." said V.
"Don't worry, V. I'm cheering for you! You can do this!" said Chaeyoung.
"Thanks, Chaeyoung." said V.
*J-Hope opens the door*
"Oh, why hello there V! How's it going? Why are you here? Do you want to come in?" asked J-Hope.
"Say no." said Suga.
"Uh, no... J-Hope. I do not want to come in." said V.
"Oh, then why are you here? Do you need something." asked J-Hope.
"This guy asks too much questions." said Suga.
"Yeah." said Chaeyoung.
"Yeah, this guy asks too much questions." said V.
"Excuse me?!" said J-Hope, furious.
"No! Don't say that, V!!" said Suga.
"No! Don't say that, V!!" said V.
"It's too late! You already said it!" said J-Hope.
"Oh no! V run! He's going to beat you up!" commanded Suga.
"I-I'm sorry J-Hope! I didn't mean to say that. I was thinking of, um.. Suga in my head! Man, does he ask a lot of questions." said V.
"Good job, V! That was close." said Chaeyoung.
"You just HAD to pick me out of everyone." said Suga, disappointed.
"Oh, okay then. So... why are you here?" asked J-Hope.
"V, say something. I ran out of ideas!" said Suga.
"Me too!" said Chaeyoung, nervous.
"Don't worry, guys." whispered V.
"Huh? What did you say?" asked J-Hope.
"Oh, you know. I just came here to say how of a good friend you are!" said V.
*V pats J-Hope's back, but secretly puts the device on his back*
"You know, you betraying Jin's team because you realized he's the bad guy? Thank you so much!" said V.
"Oh, yeah, no problem man. You know, you could've just texted me that instead of coming out here." said J-Hope.
"Well, you know, I'm an outdoor kind of person. So... yeah." said V.
"Oh, okay..." said J-Hope.
"Well, I have to go now. See you later!" said V.
"Y-yeah, bye...!" said J-Hope.
*J-Hope closed the door*
"Phew, that was a close one, V. Did you put the device on him?" asked Suga.
"Yup! I did! When I patted him, I secretly put the device on him!" said V, proudly.
"Good job!" said Chaeyoung.
"Yes, good job! Now, your turn, Chaeyoung." said Suga.
"Suga, what do I do now?" asked V.
"Hmm, just come back to my house." said Suga.
"Oh, alright." said V.
*Five minutes later, V comes inside Suga's house*
"Okay Chaeyoung, are you ready?" asked Suga.
"Yes I am!" said Chaeyoung.
"Okay, ring the doorbell." said Suga.
"Alright." said Chaeyoung.
*Chaeyoung rang the doorbell. Jeongyeon opened the door*
"Oh hi Chaeyoung! What are you doing here?" asked Jeongyeon.
"I'm going to use V's tactic. Watch this." whispered Chaeyoung.
"What? What did you say?" asked Jeongyeon.
"Well, you see." said Chaeyoung.
*Chaeyoung patted Jeongyeon's back but secretly put the device on her as well*
"You're, you're just a great friend. Do you know that?" said Chaeyoung.
"Uh, yeah. T-thank you..." said Jeongyeon.
"Yup! Anytime!" said Chaeyoung.
"Is..... is that all you want to say to me?" asked Jeongyeon, confused.
"Haha, yeah." said Chaeyoung.
"So.. you came all the way here just to say that?" confirmed Jeongyeon.
"You deserved it!" said Chaeyoung.
"Oh, okay. Thanks." said Jeongyeon.
"Yup!" said Chaeyoung.
*There was an awkward silence for a moment*
"Well, good bye then!" said Chaeyoung, acting all happy.
"Yeah, g-good bye!" said Jeongyeon.
*Chaeyoung walks away and Jeongyeon closes the door*
"Did you do it?" asked Suga.
"Yup. Part one is complete." smiled Chaeyoung.
