Chapter 17

I looked down at my bed, I have a ripped suit jacket and a sweater vest, I groaned these aren't good enough for John, John seemed exsited to go, saying, "this will be our first all together friendly best friend dinner"  whatever that meant to me it sounded like a bunch of random words pieced together then and there, After that John ran off to go find Peggy.

Well that was... A few days ago theres two more left until the dinner and I found NOTHING to wear mostly because I  was working ahead of fthe class so i didnt run behind i did miss two days.

And I was stressing out about this dinner, according to Laf to him this was a very fancy restaurant,
Which stresses me out more since I have nothing to wear, I sat on the bed and groaned into my hands I heard a knock after that, I groaned in responce"uh.. Alex.. Can I come in?" I looked up, It was Eliza"uh yeah sure doors open" Eliza popped her head in and slowly walked in lookin around," so hows the suit huntin' going?" I groaned in response "not good huh? Well no problem, lets see what you have, I showed her and her face almost sad/ painful look.".. I was raised in a small poor town" I mumbled "thats OK sweetie alright, let's go shopping" I looked at her"suits are very expensive Eliza she shrugged, "think of It like a future wedding gift" my whole face went red, "going to far Liz" I mumbled as she laughed,"come on I know a place where they sell cheap suits" I sighed, "you guys are really to nice for your own good" I smiled quickly and followed her to a store,  it was for rich people thats for sure maybe it wasnt worth the 30 minute walk, "they make suits for you too,  but in your case we can't do that," Eliza said as she walked in a followed her in and looked at all the suits,  Shoes,  jewelry. Ect, "so Alex is there a suit you want in particular?  Gray?,  white? Actually dont do white maybe gray will suit you" Eliza grabbed my hand and went to a man she spoke to him I would have listened but I was to drawn in by the suits here, "come on Alex!!" Eliza grabbed my hand and walked over to different suits I barely  got to look at any all I saw were blurs and then Eliza whispered "nope" to each suit soon  she got three different suits I tried each on a light gray one, she shook her head,  a black on with a blue shirt,  no,  Eliza didn't like it,  Finally I tried on a dark gray one with a dark red shirt and a black tie well all the ties I tried on were black "Perfect you looks so nice" she walked up to me  fixing the suit a bit "just one thing" she mumbled she look my pony tail out my  hair becoming very messy "ah.. Hey" I said she fixed my hair "mmm there" I sighed "im, not putting my hair down it will be hard to eat cause it gets everywhere" I put my hair back up as Eliza sighs "fine lets buy you that suit strip it off! " she giggles as I got,  dressed into my old clothing,  we payed for the suit and I thanked her a bunch of times as I got to my dorm as soon as I walk in I hear Laf call my name "oh Alex look at that suit its so  nice~" it was in a clear bag so it wasnt ruined on the way here I hang my suit up and  sigh as Laf smiles "I bet you look amazing in it Alexander! " I smiled "thanks... Im super nervous actually I don't like it... I'm never nervous,  its another two days.. And im so fucking nervous" Laf smiled "Alex this is John you are taking out,  he is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet my friend" Laf chuckled and I smiled "I know.. I know I should get some work done" Laf nodded as we had small conversations as we both worked.

Sorry for the lack of updates just got out of school... Two days ago xD well more kinda but don't worry about that I'll update as soon as I can now!!
