It's been two months since ____ and I had that interesting night and so far no signs of a pregnancy. It's crazy how time flies. ____ and I had a rocky first couple of weeks before we got back to our normal relationship. We decided that we would become friends with benefits if both of us felt like we had no other choice. Unfortunately her and Ryan have gotten really close lately. Apparently Ryan's plan on dating her was still on.

Its been two months since I lost my virginity to Justin and honestly I thought we would never really go back to our regular friendship but we eventually got back to normal. What has not gotten back to normal is my body. I have been super tired lately, plus I have barely been able to hold anything down. I had a couple of episodes when i have lost my balance and had to to grab on to something. But like always I brush it off. Especially when I have big cases.
Caitlin: Hey ___ are you okay? You look a little pale *she said looking up from her files and starring at me with concern*
_____: I'm fine, just a little nauseous. *I said brushing it off*
Caitlin: _____ you have been sick for like almost two weeks now. I think you should go to the doctor
____: Cait, I don't have time for that, not when we have such a big case.
Caitlin: Look I get you, but as your boss I wont let you flip through one more file until you go to the doctor
____; WHAT? *I said looking at her in disbelief *
Caitlin: It's an order, we are going to the doctor right now. Period. It's not open for discussion. *she started getting up and putting on her blazer* let's go.
____: are you serious? *I said looking at her*
Caitlin: As a judge announcing a sentence *she said looking at me with her arms crossed*
_____: that's pretty serious. Fine let's go * I said getting up and grabbing my bag and cell phone*
Once we got to the hospital, we waited for my regular doctor. I sent Justin a text to tell him we had to cancel our lunch. The nurses had taken a couple of samples to run some tests. So I had been poked around quite a bit since we got here.
Nurse: Miss _____ Porter, Dr. Shepherd is ready to see you now.
____: Thank you *i said standing up walking into the exam room*
Dr. Shepherd: ____, I hear you have been having a pretty rough couple of days.
____: I have. I haven't been able to hold anything down and the dizziness has been come more constant
Dr.Shepherd: well the results from the tests may be able to explain everything but I want to take an ultrasound to confirm.
_____: is it anything bad Doctor? *I said a little worried as I laid back on the exam table*
Dr. Shepherd: nothing to worry about too much. But first let's confirm *He said pulling what i guess was the ultrasound machine* okay this is going to be a little cold *he said putting on some kind of gel on my stomach. Fuck he was right that shit was cold* okay lets see *he looked at the machine screen while moving the little wand over my stomach* there it is *he said pointing at a little blob on the screen*
_____: What is it? * i said looking at the blob confused*
Dr. Shepherd: that's your baby *he said looking at me* Congrats ____ you are about 8 weeks pregnant.

_____: W-what? No, that's impossible. I only had sex once and we used a condom. * said in disbelief starring at the little blob on the screen*
Dr. Shepherd: well unfortunately condoms are not 100% effective. It could've broken or it could've had a small break that was not visible to you and your partner but big enough for semen to leak through
____: Oh my God! I-I'm pregnant?
Dr.Shepherd: You are. And I'm pretty sure you are going to be a great mother.
____: thank you Dr. Shepherd. *I said getting up and cleaning my belly*
Dr. Shepherd: You are welcome. Would you like a copy of the ultrasound?
____: y-yes please. *i said still in shock*
Dr. Shepherd: okay. *he printed two copies of the ultrasound and then wrote something down on his pad* here are your copies and here are some pre-natal care prescriptions. Please take them as indicated. Now please try to eat. If you throw it up, eat again. We need that baby to be strong and healthy. Oh and no overworking, no matter how important the case you're working is please.
____: Thank you Doctor *I got up and walked to the door*
Dr. Shepherd: Please take care ___. See you in a couple of weeks for your next check-up.
____: Okay Thank you! *I said and walked out of there. How the fuck am I supposed to tell Justin I'm pregnant with her baby?*
Caitlin: You Look even more pale than when you went in there, It most be serious.
____: Cait, can I take the rest of the day off? *I said looking at her ignoring her question*
Caitlin: well it is definitely serious since you're a workaholic. But sure. I'll drop you off in the office so you can get your car.
____: can you just drop me off at Justin's company?
Caitlin: Of course, let's go.
