Fandom One Shot x Reader

Update Available Googleiplier x Reader

Hello! Why the fuck not. I haven't done a Google x Reader before. Shame on me.

"Okay google!"

I called from the kitchen to the living room, waiting for a moment until I heard my robot friend power up.

"Hello..~" He said in that deep voice. I saw him look around, searching for the source of his activation.

Once he saw me, he stood up and walked towards me. He stopped in front of me, towering over me.

I took a little moment to just look at him. I've had this Google IRL robot for about a month now, and he's been a good help so far.

Google really put their heart and soul into this thing. They were working on it for 7 years until the first prototypes got sent out to volunteers.

10 volunteers recieved one. Only 7 still have it. The other 2 returned it because it was malfunctioning too much.

Yes, you heard me. The other TWO. The last person never sent any reports. And when Google asked that specific robot to send a report of the progress, it sent a picture of the person in pieces, scattered all around the appartment.

Luckily, they terminated that robot.

I was one of the first ones to recieve a Google IRL. I don't know if they all look the same, but mine is pretty handsome.

He has dark brown hair, chocolate brown eyes and a stubble that covered his sharp jawline.

His skintone was a light golden tint, his plump lips a perfect pink colour.

Over all, he was absolutely stunning. And I say that about a robot.

He looked at me and asked: "You called?" I snapped out of my trance.

"Yeah, could you make a grocery list?" I asked him and listed some things.

He kept quiet for a moment and then I heard my phone ring.

I saw a new memo was made. I thanked him and said he could take a shower and get dressed.

He stood still, looking at me.

"Google?" I asked, worried he had a bug or something.

A little panel popped up in front of him.

"Update Available. (Roll credits) Do you want to updat now?" And an "Okay" and a "Cancel" button.

I looked at Google and pressed the "Okay" button on the panel.

Google's voice changed to a more robotic one, different from his natural deep voice.

"This update will take around 30 minutes. This includes: New emotions. More efficient work. New body functions."

I wondered what that last one meant.

Google walked to the couch and sat down. "30 minutes remaining." He said.

I smiled at him and went to grab my coat and do the shopping by myself

I walked to the door and grabbed my keys and phone on the way.

I went out the door and locked it behind me.

Time skip

Once I finished grocery shopping, I placed the bag in the passenger seat, got in the drivers seat, started my car and wanted to drive away, but I waited when I heard my phone ring. I looked at my screen and saw a message from Google.

"Dear [Y/N],
Thank you for updating your Google IRL robot. A few things have been added to theit system.
Faster work - Your robot is now able to finish the task you assigned them in a shorter period of time.
New emotions - The following emotions have been added: Cheer, Embarrasment and Arousal.
New body functions - Due to popular request: Your robot now has the capacity to use their genitalia.
Please send us a report of how useful this update was.
We hope your Google IRL robot is of good use.
