Chapters 25

Allison's P.O.V.

"Allison, we need to talk." Mario said right after I answered his phone call.

"Uh- about what?" He used my whole name instead of my nickname. He sounds so serious. We need to talk? That's such a terrifying phrase.

"Don't play dumb. You can't just string both me and Weston along."

What?

He did not just say that.

"Excuse me?" I said with a laugh.

"You heard me. You know what? I don't even care anymore. Forget what I said. Forget everything. I'm done with this shit." The line went silent, "Don't speak to me in any way, shape, or form. Have fun with Weston, if he still wants you." Then he hung up.

No. This can't be happening.

I tried to send Mario a text but it wouldn't go through. He blocked me. No.

I bit my lip as tears started to fill my eyes.

I heard a door slam from downstairs, "ALLISON!"

"Weston!" I said as I jumped out of my bed and ran out of my room down the stairs. His eyes met mine, but he just stood there.

"Ally, why didn't you tell me that you cut?" He said not moving.

"Wha- what?" I pulled the sleeves of my hoodie down to my palms.

"Mario told me. Mario told me a lot." He looked at the ground then back up to my eyes, "I'm sorry Allison, but I can't do this."

"No, no please don't leave me." I said stepping closer to him just to see him back away.

"I'm sorry." He opened the door and was gone.

"No.." I said to no one but myself. Tears started to flood my eyes as I began to shake. I opened the front door just to see that it was raining heavily. Where was Weston?

I ran out to the street and looked back and forth to see nothing. He just.. vanished.

I stood there for a second just crying my eyes out. Theres was nothing I could do. I sat wrapping my arms around my knees on the road and just stared at the water falling from the sky until there was a loud noise coming from behind me. I turned around to see headlights.

"Run me over.." I whispered as the car got closer at a fast speed.
