Switched - One Girl & Two Worlds [On Hold]

Chapter 5- The Stalker

A week passed away in human world and everything seemed so normal and all the things were going far easy than I thought. But soon the happy moment was shattered when I noticed that the normal things are turning weird. Normal things aren't normal anymore.

The day I went to my new school,Riverdale, It seemed like a nice place but my instincts said something is wrong.

Now the things are getting tough for me because I have recently noticed that something is following me.

I was in school when I saw a man stalking me and when I turn to look at him he disappears. I walked faster and faster, I didn't even know where I was going.

When I saw the girls toilet in my way, I get inside and shut the door behind me. The moment I shut the door behind me, I was hoping that someone might be here to help me with the stalker. When I was realizing that there isn't anyone except me in the toilet, I heard the sound of turning knob , someone's gonna enter the toilet.
I got scared and stood against the wall. Sweat droplets appeared on my forehead when I was reaching for my wand in my boots , not daring to take my eyes off the door. I was about to pull out my wand when the door was flung open.I stood still trying not to panic.

"I was searching for you in the whole school " she blasted the words on me and I was really feeling relieved.
It was Jenny.

"You look scared , are you okay?" She asked.

"Nothing , forget it".

" alright now hurry up we are getting late for class". Then she leaves the washroom and I followed her. But I saw a someone standing at a distant from us. When I looked back at him, he hid behind the wall. I don't know why but I still tried to ignore it and we both jogged to our classes.

Krystin was sitting on bed in her room , thinking about the strange man and talking to herself.

"I can't tell anyone about the man not even to uncle Marsh. But how will I handle it on my own? How ? Should I tell to my parents? Nooo , bad idea.
They will think I am playing some kind of prank to get back home. But what should I do? " suddenly Krystin's eyes stopped at her breifcase kept in the corner. She hopped out of the bed and grabbed the suitcase.

"I know what will help me " she pulled out a big thick old book from her briefcase with words written on its book cover which reads " The Spell Book Of Advanced Magic ".
She stole it from her dad's closet, which she called 'borrowing'.

She gets to her study table and started turning the pages of the book

"Well dad doesn't use it now , he is a wizard so may be I can use it to learn some magic for my self defense just in case, I can't let that wierd man kill me...atleast not that easily ".
