The term "cat blood" means to be born of a werecat. Since werecats do not become werecats from birth, a child of a werecat has cat blood.
Those with cat blood are bound indefinitely to the mythical world, even if their fathers are human.
Cat blood is mysterious, it's effects vary from person to person however it generally enhances the person's abilities. If their father was born human, the cat blood would be stronger, faster, smarter and have better senses, if werewolf then their werewolf form would be stronger than most werewolves, if demigod their godly powers would be as strong as a demigod and so on.
A pureblood werecat has never been born so it is unknown what would happen.
Werecats that have cat blood more often than not have a twisted and eventful fate.
