I almost dropped my guitar as I saw Brandon, Miranda and Jake. I kept playing, hoping they wouldn't noticed that I was scared of them. At the end of the bar counter sat Shannon and Jared, who observed the guys. The song was over and I decided to have a break. I went behind the counter and talked to Amanda. "Hi Kayla! We want to hang out, wanna join?" I knew exactly what Jake meant. "No! Can you please just leave!?" "Oh c'mon Kayla! Good old times you know." Miranda reached out to touch my arm. "Don't touch me!" "I know you want it!" "No Miranda! I want you to leave!" "What if we won't leave? You gonna slap us?" Brandon laughed in my face. I began to sweat and I was scared to death. "No, she'll call the police!" They laughed and acted like they were scared. "I'll promise you one thing Kayla..." Brandon leaned over the counter. Now we were nose on nose. Shannon and Jared stood up and soon they were next to me. Shannon laid an arm around me, pulling me closer to him. Brandon stared at Shannon and me. "We'll meet again!" He stepped away. Suddenly a whiskey glass flew through the air and hit me. The glass broke by the hard bones of my head. Shannon's grip on me tightened up. "Get the fuck out of here!!" He yelled, his voice was full of hatred. "And Kayla... Your boyfriend can't help you!" Jake added and with that they left. Immediately I sunk into Shannon's arms and started to cry. No one scared me so much! "They'll get me!"
Amanda sent me home for the rest of the week. It didn't take me half an hour to drive home. As soon as I was inside, I kicked my shoes away and cuddled up with a blanket, sitting on the floor and crying again. This situation would let me go crazy...
