9. Treat yourself

Treating yourself is the number one thing we always forget to do. We forget that we come first before anybody. You can treat yourself by going out to eat. Don't be afraid to go out and eat by yourself. You can have a personal spa day with natural remedies, you can try new recipes, or even go out and shop! Remember self love is the best love. Don't be afraid to jump over an obstacle by yourself. Treat yourself with no shame.
