So far, I'm halfway through the day. Not getting any better. Period.
I sat with Stephanie, a girl in my algebra class. We didn't talk much because her friends were crowding her.
I was a loner. I was that one new girl that didn't have any friends yet.
I felt a tap on my shoulder. Then a calm voice. "Hello" said the soothing voice. I turned around to see Cody, looking me straight in the eye.
"Hey" I replied.
"Umm... would you like to come sit over at my table?"
"Sure" I said, not knowing what to expect.
I gathered up my stuff then Stephanie said something like she was jealous of me (that's never happened before).
"Just so you know, it's never going to happen."
Cody sat with a couple other guys and one girl. Probably one of their girlfriends.
He introduced me to all the guys: Dominic, Marcus, Leroy, and Sheldon.
Lastly, he introduced me to the girl sitting at the table.
"Cassidy, this is Riley," their was a moment of silence "my girlfriend."
I don't know why that set me off so much. I got so ticked off I slapped my greasy school pizza across his face and stormed Into the girls' bathroom. Then, I started balling.
