"I am going to be gone in an hour Mr.Gram I am sorry for the trouble I have caused." I say, my eyes casting down into his and then I look away unable to continue to look at him.
I hear him scoff, "Like you can be sorry. You better be glad London has decided to take you. Or you would probably be in the witness protection program."
I honestly didn't want to continue to take the amount of bullshit he keeps throwing my way, I turn around and itch at my wrist. My wrist are still bloody and raw from last night, "Goodbye, Sir." And just like that I walk out his office door and walk through the office where everyone glares at me. Like a finish line to be crossed, I push my way through those wooden doors and step outside.
As I walk down the three stairs, I pop the collar to my jacket and walk towards the SUV that has been waiting for me. I open the back door and get inside only to see my purse and a small coffee in the cup holder.
"Thanks Jeff." I mumble with a small smile on my face. Jeff has been my driver for the past few days after a problem happened with my car.
"You are welcome Ms. Hathaway, your luggage is in the back so we'll be off to the airport." Jeff says and starts the engine before pulling out of the police department parking lot and out onto the road.

'BORED'
It was a word that has constantly been playing in my mind since I've gotten on the plane. And the person I'm sitting next to seems to be in grief. After seeing that she constantly is checking her phone and I come to assume that a loved one is near death or is bad off. And then her eyes are puffy and red, which means she has been crying recently. She's in an unhappy marriage due to the state of her wedding ring which is unclean, on the outside.
I sigh, I haven't done that in the longest and I'm going to have to refrain from doing it ever again. It ticks people off and it never ends well.
"Excuse me, Miss, would you like anything to drink?" The flight attendant asks me, she has short brown hair and dark brown eyes. Maybe a another small one.
Recently vacationed.
Not married.
Medium self-esteem."Did you have a nice vacation?" I ask her and I nearly want to slap myself as I look at her expression fearful and impressed. The question slipped from my tongue and out my mouth before I even caught it.
"Y-yes I did. How did you know I was on vacation recently?" She asks me and stutters a tad. Which meant the was shocked.
I shrug my shoulders, "Coffee straight black please." The woman hands over the coffee before asking the women beside me if she wanted anything. I tune everything out and sip at my coffee, maybe when I get to London someone murdered someone. Then I'll have a case.
-A/N: I've decided to do another update because I felt bad by leaving you with the last chapter and not even starting you off.
