Aiden POV
"She's coming at 5:00. Will you be better by then?" Billy asked me. I nodded my head in response. Billy walked out of the room to prepare the loft for Charlotte's return. I rose from my bed and looked at myself in the mirror. I was an ugly mess. My hair was sticking out as if I had been shocked with electricity, my eyes were red, and I was sweating like a sinner in church. "Better go wash off." I mumbled. I grabbed what I needed and jumped in the shower.
Charlotte POV
"Ugh! I can't find anything to wear tonight. Damn these thighs of mine!" I screamed. "Sweetie, its only 2:35. Go and buy yourself something quickly before your big date." Aunt Molly said with a big smile on her face. "It's not a date. It's just me taking care of him for tonight." I replied. "Sure it is." Aunt Molly said. I grabbed my purse and keys, gave Molly a kiss on the cheek and left. I drove around to see if there was a boutique called Vivaladi. I often wanted to shop there but was always intimidated by those rich people. I quickly looked at my bank account and saw I had over $15,000 in my bank. What?? I had that much? Damn, I have a good job. With whatever courage I had, I walked in. "Welcome to Vivaladi. How may I assist you today?" An older woman asked. "I was looking for something dressy for a dinner tonight." We browsed through the dresses and finally, the saleswoman found a perfect dress. It was an emerald green lace cocktail dress with a flounced skirt and 3/4 sleeves. After trying on the dress, I went ahead and bought the dress with a pearl bracelet and nude open-toe shoes. The time was now 3:35. I rushed back home to shower and get ready for tonight.
