"They say if you dream a thing more than once it's sure to come true." ~Aurora 'Sleeping Beauty'

Now: July 9, 2012

"You'll do amazing sweetheart," my Mum says clipping my pink bow in my hair. I sigh loudly. "I don't know... seeing seasons before," I pause thinking about it. There where thousands. Its unbelievable, "theres so many people there" I frown. "They'll love you. Your voice is somthing that needs to be heard," hearing that it makes me smile. I look down at my outfit and smooth it out a little bit before getting out of the car. "You gonna be famous!" My 5 year old little sister Cassie says beaming up at me. I crouch down to her level. "We'll see muchkin. It depends if they like me." I say. "Like you? They will love you like I love you," she says sweetly. I smile. She so got that from Micky Mouse or something. I pull her in for a hug and kiss the top of her head.

I stood in line and I must tell you it felt like I was waiting for a concert. People where singing and trying to show off their voice. I just stood there feeling the pressure around talented people. It helps a lot. Not.

After 5 hours of standing in line I finally get to the front. "Name?" the young woman asks blandly. "Uhm, Trinity Icewall." I answer. She then starts shuffling through papers and gives me a pink X Factor sticker with the numbers 1313 on it. Oh what lucky numbers. You see there are four catagories for auditions Girls who get the pink sticker, Boys who get the blue sticker, groups who get the green sticker and 25 and older who get the gold sticker.

I wait until i get to the waiting room where I am immediatly approached by a guy with a clipboard. "Hi, its Taylor right?" he asks still looking at his clipboard. "Um, Trinity actually," i answer quietly. "Sorry, we need to film your bio for your audition." he says looking up at me.

I just stand there in shock. "Bio?" I squeak. I am massively shy I'm more of a listener than a speaker.

"Yes a bio. Every audition has a bio so people can see what you do as a occuparion, your family, what you like to do. People are into that. Especially since people want to know a little about a possible future star." He explains while turning on the camera.

"A-Al-Alright" I stutter out

"Great now follow me."

He then leads me to the side where behind me is a white wall. "Alright now state your name, age, where you are from, occupation, who you brought and short sum up of your life story" he says.

I nod slowly. "Allllllright go" says the camera man.

"Hi my name is Trinity Icewall and I am 15 years old. I am from Dudley, West Midlands. I am a Secondary school student going into year 11 this autumn. I currently have a job at a cake shop in my home town baking and decorating cakes. I brought my Mum, Dad, little sister, my older brother and his fiancé, and my six best friends Alli, Jasmin, Karlee, Sydney, Brooke, and Laura. I honestly don't do much. All I really do is gymnastics and sit at home listening to One Direction, Beyoncé, and other artists. I've been compared to Beyoncé and Alicia Keys. To me thats not a bad comparison at all. All I want to be is a inspiration to people. So I came here to pursue my dreams and hopefully win the X Factor." I say staring into the camera lense the entire time.

"Thank you you can go and wait in the waiting room now. I nod my head and go and sit with my family and friends."

I run through the lyrics and notes and how long the pauses are through my head for the umteenth time. The song I've chosen is a very risky one you could say. Not many people do well with Beyoncé songs. It makes me nervous of course, but I can't let that ruin anything.

"You're up. Good luck. Can I have your instrumental CD please?" A stagehand asks.

It now is my time. Wait what? Oh God, oh God, oh God! I can just leave right? Yeah that sounds good! "You'll be amazing!" Laura tells me with a big smile. I give her a weak smile and take the CD with the song on it from my Mum. I then climb the stairs and give it to the stagehand. I take a deep breath then walk out on stage.
