Some of these stories are mine; some of them people recommended to write about. I'm here to write them in detail. So if you have any recommendations just comment!

He was laughing and poking everything around him. His jaded father looked up from the newspaper and smiled softly at his twenty-four year old son. The son looked at his reflection in the window and gasped.

"Dad! Look I have blonde hair! And brown eyes!" At this, the dad chuckled happily. A small family sat across from them stared at the duo strangely.

The young man laughed again and bounced in his seat not unlike a child. "Look, the trees are racing the clouds!" he said eagerly as he looked outside the train window with wide eyes. He looked at everything and inhaled it. The red seats, the striped patterns on the walls, the lights glowing from the ceiling. The teenager from the family right next to the father and son snickered. How stupid was that man? The mother frowned and elbowed her daughter.

" It's impolite to laugh at those who are not as fortunate as we are." The daughter rolled her eyes. Turning around, the aged father faced the mother on the other side.

" He is not unfortunate anymore, "he said politely with laughter in his eyes. The mother shook her head thinking that the old man needed pity.

"It's okay to be fearful, you know. Have you seen a doctor for him?" he nodded soberly.

"Yes. And he is doing better than ever before." At this the mother passed him a sympathetic look. The old man glanced at her strangely.

She explained herself, "It must be so hard living with a retarded son, especially at your age. My daughter is hard one,"the mother joked as her daughter's head looked up from her phone. She rolled her eyes again and frowned at her phone screen.

"Mom,seriously? And I think you should get me a phone already. The phone is legit awful. Look at the graphic!" she pouted as she held out her Nokia. The old man frowned at this.

"You should be happy. My son just got his phone and he loves it." The mother nodded her head in agreement and waved a warning finger toward her daughter.

"See? I could wait until you were responsible just like his son!" At this the man got slightly angered. His son was responsible.

" Ma'am, I think you are getting the picture wrong. My son is not stupid or retarded. You asked if we say a doctor? We did; we are coming back from the doctor. My son was blind. He can now see." The mother blinked in astonishment.

The son turned away from the window and looked at his dad with pure love, "Dad, when you said those words I pictured them. A picture. Can you believe that?" His son's voice was barely above a whisper as his eyes shone with unshed tears.

" I can believe it. Hell, I can see it."
