-Rin-

The cell they put me in smelled of mold and dried blood, only having light through a smaller grate in the top of it. The back and side walls were stone and had cracks from age everywhere. The front wall was made of bars, with an iron door on the farthest side to the left. A single guard was posted outside it, standing there silently like a statue. Carefully, I layed back on the bed, gazing through the gate at the stars.

'Heilong, are the other dragons near?' I thought, tracing the stars into shapes.

'They've not yet left town, but they aren't in our range of hearing.'

'What do you think about all of it? Going with them, I mean.'

'As i said before, it's your path to travel. You must figure it out on your own.'

My eyebrows furrowed together slightly, not liking the awnser. 'Yeah, yeah.'

"Hey, get up. Foods here." Out of the corner of my eye I made out the guard standing there, holding a indented metal tray with a cup and a piece of bread on it. He fidgeted slightly watching me make my way over. I took the tray, sitting down, taking a bite of the bread.

It tasted stale, but was something to eat none the less. Glancing back up at the sky I saw a young face looking down at me. A little boy stood there, looking at my bread hungrily.

"You want this?" Looking up at the young dirty face reminded me of when I was younger, wandering the streets in search of anything that would help towards my next meal.

The boy nodded slightly, waiting to see what I'd do. Looking at the height of the cell, I'd decided it wouldn't be hard to get to the top. Jumping off the wall, I reached out wit one hand, grabbing onto the bars.

Armor rustled and I saw the guard opening the cell. Quickly I handed the boy the bread, letting go of the bar, falling on top of the guard, making a dash for the exit. Two guards raised their swords, cutting off my main escape plan.

"Just give it up." The guard behind me commented. Turning around, I lifted my foot, kicking him in the neck, knocking him out, grabbing a dagger off of his belt, looking at the other two.

"Want to play some before I go?" My head tilted to the side, them flinching slightly with every step.

'Rin, calm down.'

I moved forward, feeling my eyes scope the easiest points to take them out.

"D-D-Demon!" They yelled, turning tail and running. Walking down the chilly hallway, breathing through my mouth to keep the horrid stenches away from my nose.

'Rin, they saw your eyes, you need to calm down. Now!'

The sounds of everything mushed together into a single unknown noise. The end of the hallway, there it is. Wait, something smells off. I looked at the door through narrow eyes.

'Blue Dragon.'

I opened the door, ready to fight, seeing the four of them standing there. Clenching the dagger in my hand, waiting for them to make a move.

"Rin, that's your name, wasn't it"

I relaxed my grip on the dagger, jumping on the roof behind me, running off.

-Jae-ha-

"His eyes looked like Shin-ah's." I said, looking at the other three.

I jumped, following after him, "Head back to Yona and Hak." I called back, smirking down at them.

They nodded their understandings, starting back to the camp. I looked around, not seeing where the runt had went. Seeing his three friends in a tree, I headed for them, landing on a branch behind them.

"Moment of your time?" I asked watching them jump away and draw their weapons.

"What do you need? We're busy right now..." The taller of the three asked. His hair was a light brown with slight highlights in them. He stood in front of the seemingly younger male protectively.

"If you're looking for Rin, leave him alone. I'm guessing you felt it, a spike in his dragons presence? It happens, he just needs some time alone." The third spoke up.

He escaped the soldiers on his own... No normal kid could accomplish that on his own...

"Alright then. We'll be leaving the village by tomorrow. Let him know this." I began turning slightly, starting to take off when the third spoke up.

"Wait! I want to ask you something!"

I turned me head back to them, keeping my body mostly facing the other way.

"Take Rin with you. He's never left the village and how it's going, it'll get out of hand before long."

A single quiet yet high pitched whistle flooded their ears.

"It's Rin, let's go." The three took off into the direction of the whistle. I jumped, soaring to the campsite, seeing Hak and Yun were gone. Yona was sitting on a stump, practicing making hay sandals.

Landing peacefully, the others attentions turned to me. "No luck." Saying this, I shrugged simply. "But I think we should be heading out soon. Staying too long in a place like this is dangerous."

Gija looked slightly upset, but Yona held the most disappointed face of them.

"Yona, we will get your castle back. Whether the black dragon comes or not."

"Castle? So you're a princess?"

The words suprised me when I turned around seeing the black dragon staring at us. Yona nodded her head slightly, smiling up at him.

"I was, before some events."

He snorted, "Anyways, there's a new guard in town, you should pack up camp and head out. Rumors have it he's arresting anyone that has anything to do with us. He'll be after your friends before too long."

"Rin! We gotta head out, Chips says the guards on his way."

I looked over at Yona, who's attention switched to me, "Hak and Yun don't know..."

"I'll be back." I smiled, bowing slightly before heading off towards the town. Sight of Hak being questioned came into view a few seconds later. Yun was being held by a soldier, staying calm and quiet.

"You two have rumored to be connected to the scoundrels that terrorize our town."

On a roof across the way the three kids stood there, looking down at them. "I'm sure those nice young men have nothing to do with you scoundrels."
