I hate these feelings
That come unwilling
Why cant i be numb
WHY can't i be numb
To the pain of being broken
And down to the point
You almost drown
In the sea of emotions,
Sinking to the bottom
With only darkness and the unknown
WHY CAN'T i be numb
To the monsters in the deep that
Wrap their tenticals around you
Stranggling you and pulling you DOWN
WHY CAN'T I be numb
To the hate and resentment
Twards my unseen monsters

rowning more with every action
WHY CAN'T I BE..........numb
To all the things stopping me from doing what I want to do
The thing is,
I need to be numb
I need this numbness in order to show the monsters
That they aren't hurting me
So I can be let go and rise to the suffice
And finally
