"okay what if we ditch the whole 'imma murder you shit' and actually get like some cute couple costume? i heard party city sells a bunch of good ones," nayeon suggested as they sat around the lunch table. she took a sip from her bottle of water as she waited for momo to finish chewing the noodles in her mouth.

currently, they were trying to decide what they were going to do on halloween and what they were going to wear, more specifically, where they were going to go. rosé and jisoo requested just staying in and handing out pieces of candy to little kids, but momo didn't want to stay inside. nayeon, on the other hand, enjoyed that idea. after all, she did love little kids. momo suggested that they put on scary costumes and spend the night terrorizing innocent children. of course, that idea was shot down. sana and tzuyu had yet to pitch in ideas, but they were too engrossed in the school's new chocolate pudding to say anything.

momo shook her head. "yeah like what? both of us wearing matching onesies or things that are pairs? how about this, i'll go as ketchup and you'll be mustard?" the blonde said sarcastically with a roll of her eyes. naeyon pouted as she scooted away from her girlfriend.

"if you didn't like my idea, that's fine. you didn't have to be rude about it," the older girl responded, her head low and looking away. momo just giggled as she began to dive into her spaghetti once again. a few moments later, the girl looked up to hear the clashing of trays on on their table and a few extra bodies standing over them. she shook her head and stood up.

"what the hell do you think you are doing?" momo exclaimed to them.

sana and tzuyu looked over at each other, but did nothing. standing before them was none other than chaeyoung's group. it held just the four of them - that being chaeyoung herself, dahyun, jeongyeon, and jihyo. lisa and jennie were in the line getting their food.

"we are going to eat, duh," chaeyoung replied as she pulled up a chair and smiled at tzuyu. the brunette smiled back. a million questions began to well up in her head, but they all went away when they saw that cute twinkle in the shorter girl's eyes.

"uhm i'm sorry, but do you know what this place is?" sana said with attitude. she dramatically threw down her spoon, allowing some loose pudding to splash on tzuyu and chae's arm. the brunette offered her a napkin, but the shorter girl just wiped it off with her finger. finally, chaeyoung rolled her eyes and looked at the blonde.

"this is a bitch free zone so i'm going to ask you to leave," momo interjected, her voice low and agitated. chaeyoung's focus went on her. momo clenched her jaw as nayeon tried to hold back her laugh. the brunette saw jennie approaching with a smile after almost slipping on spilled chocolate milk, and nayeon couldn't help but cover her face with her hands.

chaeyoung scoffed as she crossed her fingers over the table, looking like a business woman ready to negotiate a big deal. "excuse me?"

"you heard me. leave," momo threatened through her teeth. she looked up at the other girls surrounding chaeyoung, but they all seemed to hold their hands up like they were getting arrested. she knew she going over the line, that the students standing behind the short girl were her friends too, but chaeyoung shouldn't have come here if she didn't want a fight.

the small girl stood up and just shut her eyes as she needed to think for a moment. "and what if i-we don't want to?"

"that's it!" momo exclaimed before launching herself at the girl. chaeyoung's quick reflexes allowed her to jump back from the blonde's eager punches and she walked away a little from the seat. everyone stood up as nayeon reached over to grasp her girlfriend to stop her from continuing to lash out.

momo scoffed, "let go of me, nayeon!"

"why don't you do what the pretty lady tells you to, huh?" dahyun interjected with a smirk. nayeon glared at her as the younger girl just shrugged.
