Chapter 2: Research

I was completely fascinated with the death of Molly Newcobm. I felt as if there was something more to it, as there was something I wanted to know. But why? That's what I kept asking myself, why? I felt there was a missing link the police and news were missing out. But what would I know? I'm a 17 year old boy who still goes to school. Whenever the news would go onto the death of Molly I would always listen intensively. Any new information that was out there, I needed to know. Then at 6pm just after having my dinner I went up to my room to turn the t.v on and watch for anything new on the story. 

"On Sunday night I young girl named Molly Newcobm left a Starbucks at 8pm at night to go home, but Molly was found the following Monday, mutated and with several stabs, bites and burns to her body" 

The news reporter said this with great concern. A mutated body with stabs, bites and burns on her body. Who in this area would dose this to Molly  and leave her in a alleyway to die. Was it someone you hated Molly and wanted revenge or was this just a psychopath. Either way it could happen again and It could happen to anybody. I wondered what I could do to get more information so I went to my laptop. I researched 'Killings in Seattle 2000-2012'. Not many results except from the odd few murders in 2002 and a few others in other years but nothing like a serial killer. I had an idea this was a serial killerc onsidering the way the killer left her body, it looked like someone educated...someone you knows what there doing before they do it. It looked pre-meditated. And I was sure It was going to happen again. I lay back on my bed to look around my room. From the blue walls with bright yellow curtains, to my computer desk and to my wardrobe. I got up off my bed and looked out my window at the stunning view of Seattle. I felt it was not long until the Beauty of Seattle with be taken over by this killer. Just a matter of time...
