The date was 4th December, and me and Josh were going to France. I had my suitcase and my bags in the corner of the room ready to go. Josh would be coming my house to go to the airport with me, Sarah, mom and dad. Sarah was the first to arrive and rang the doorbell. My mom ran to the door and opened it. As always she gave Sarah a big hug. Sarah walked in and gave me a hug. We decided to not kiss in front of my parents. We both sat down next to my dad to carry on watching a baseball match. Then a few minutes passed of my mom reading her newspaper and my dad screaming at the t.v. Me and Sarah both discussed what I would get her as a present from France. The doorbell suddenly rang and my mom went to the door. Mom then gave Josh a hug and as always my dad gave him a hand sake. We got ready to leave the house and once we were all out the door we helped each other down the steps with our bags and suitcases. We finally got to the car and made our way in. The car dive was long. I look at all the things we passed with thought. First we passed my school. I had a long time away from that school. And I was crazy to think I missed it. We then passed the local news building. That building was reason for me to lose friends, to be hated but it also brought me to Sarah so I thanked them. We then went past the pier where I met the most beautiful girl in the world and I was brought into a new world where anything could happen. I passed these places knowing they changed my life forever. I also looked at the people in the car, these people also changed my life. I was a bored teenager looking for excitement now I'm a boyfriend of a vampire. I found my excitement. We finally reached the airport. After a long time of waiting and putting our bags on the plane, the time finally came to say goodbye. I gave my mum and dad a hug and I also gave Sarah a hug.
"Screw it" I whispered in her ear.
I kissed her soft lips with mine. I knew I would miss this, I knew I'd miss everyone. But most of all I knew I loved Sarah and a life without Sarah is a life without air.
I gazed into her and then finally kissed her one more time.
