Six to: Save? or Slay? (Finished)

The four of them stared at the fallen ground for a while, waiting for something to come out of the rock and ruin. But nothing did. Nothing stirred. Alex flicked hair out of his eyes. "Nothing is here." He bowed his head. "She may be...Dead."

Erik stomped his foot. "She can't be!...."

Alex began to retreat away from the destruction. "Come on...We'll get nothing done here. But the bright side of things; that 'Door to Destruction' won't open since Roxanne isn't-"

They all suddenly heard somone scream from the sky. Their heads shot up as they saw Lia falling from a tree neat them. She took out her staff and pointed it down. The tip of the wooden staff hit the ground and Lia balance on the other end and landed on her feet delicatly. She smiled brightly when she saw that everyone was okay. "Hey guys!" She said cheerfully.

Erik had his mouth hung wide open. "How did you-? What just-?" He couldn't find the words to say.

Lia giggled. "And by the way, Roxy is alive."

Arian gasped. "What?!"

Lia pointed up. Everyone followed her finger to the sky. They suddenly saw a black blur jump from a tree and was now falling down to them. The blur landed on Erik's head and jumped down from him. Erik fell and rubbed his head with agony. "Ow! Hey that hurt!"

Roxanne stood up straight and looked at him with a smile small on her face. "I think it's funny how you are the only one who still thought I was alive. I thought that you would be the first to declare that I was dead."

Erik sat down and glared at her. "You are such a poophead!"

"That's not a nice word!" Xaden called out.

Erik stuck out his tongue at him and jumped to his feet. He went over to Lia and wrapped his arm around her head and gave her a noogie. "I thought Cashel still had ya!"

Lia pushed him away and tried to fix her now frizzy hair. "Well he did. But Roxanne helped me. She explained everything to me while you guys were like, mourning for us. She fell down the hole, and met up with Cashel. They got into a fight, Roxanne won, and she freed me and we ran away! But then the tunnel caved in on us."

Erik ran over to Roxanne and shook her. "How are you still alive?!" He demanded.

Roxanne lightly kicked his chest; well, she kicked it hard enough so that he would stop shaking her and was a few feet away from her. She wiped off Erik germs before answering, "That's a secret I can't tell you."

"It was weird!" Lia called out. "Roxanne suddenly picked me up and we somehow got out of the rocks and stuff! It was so cool!"

Alex gave Roxanne a strange look. Roxanne saw him and looked away with her arms crossed.

After all this time, Arian finally spoke up. "Maybe we should get out of here. Cashel might come back and Melanie with her army people."

"Good idea." Alex agreed. "All right people! Let's hurry up and get out of here."

The trekked through the woods and got out as quickly as possible, (Alex tripping on roots because Erik kept moving them out of his way), but they made it out of the woods without any other problem.

Arian looked over at Roxanne. "Sense anything?" She asked, knowing full-well that Roxanne would tell them if she did.

Roxanne didn't answer for about a minute. "No...I don't hear anything." She finally answered.

"Oh yea!" Roxanne looked toward Alex. "Roxanne, why do you carry around Ninja Stars? Aren't they for ninja's?"

Now they all stared at Roxanne. Roxanne cleared her throat before speaking, "They come in handy. Before I met you guys, I bought some and taught myself how to use them. Very helpful." She began to walk off.
