Phil was on the way out of his lovely date, when he was stopped by Danielle. "So?" She asked, a mischievous gleam in her chocolate brown eyes. Phil didn't meet her gaze. "So...what?"
"So how was the date, silly! You can't go runnin' off like that, Dan will never tell me how it went! You're literally my last hope," She explained, her hands gripping Phil's shoulders. As she waited, she started to lightly shake him. "Come on, please!" Danielle asked. She was shaking him slightly harder now. "We didn't really do anything, we just learned about each other," Phil explained, trying (but failing) to escape Danielle's grasp. "Oh. I was expecting a little bit more," She said, her face disappointed. "Well, what would you like me to say?"
"It would have been better if you said 'We leaned in, and kissed, and it was magical,' blah blah blah, sweet stuff like that," Danielle said. Phil was amazed at how exact her expectations were. All of a sudden, his phone buzzed twice. It was Dan! they exchanged phone numbers in the coffee shop, and now Phil received a text from Dan. The text read, "Hey Phil. I had a great time with you! Maybe we could do this again sometime? <3." Phil smiled. Dan was so sweet. At this rate, their relationship could be nothing but healthy. After all, nobody could have two soulmates, right?Oops, I did the thing again. You know the thing where u say a question like "what could go wrong?" and then later, something goes wrong. oh well.
