*A/N sorry for the layout for the speech I've tried to make it like the others but it will have to be like this from now on cause my laptop is a piece of shit, so i hope you like this chapter and sorry for any inconvenience!*

The bank of the lake where we set the Ouija board up was dry, dark and foggy. The only light we had was the moonlight which gleamed in the night sky surrounded by twinkling stars. There was no wind which made the lake even more mysterious. There was a rundown jetty going out onto the lake, you could hardly see it through the fog but the moonlight helped me to notice it. The trees looked like they had arms which could reach out and grab you and drag you into the woods never to be seen again. Something about this place wasn't right!

Sophia: "right! It's all set up. Everyone, sit down in a circle and touch the planchette and repeat after me" Lexi: "ugh...do we have too!" Lily: "yes, it's necessary, just listen to Sophia" Sophia: "right! You ready?" Sam: "err... not really" Amy: "Sam, man up you pussy!"Jensen: "get rekt Sam" Freddie: "guys, please listen to Sophia" Sophia: "Put your hands on the planchette. Now repeat after me. Let these words protect us from evil and in the name of god and Jesus Christ let light and goodness surround us and protect us from negative energy and dark spirits"
All of them: "ugh... Let these words protect us from evil and in the name of god and Jesus Christ let light and goodness surround us and protect us from negative energy and dark spirits"  Lily: "can I ask the first question?" Sophia: "sure! Go for it" Lily: "hello, is anyone there?"  Amy: "wow, how original"  Lily: "fuck off!"  *the planchette moves to the word yes at the top left-hand corner*  Lexi: "OMG! IT FUCKING MOVED!" Sam: "OH SWEET BABY JESUS!" Sophia: "ok calm down, Lily ask another one" Lily: "ok, who are you?"  *the planchette goes to the letters M-O-T-H-E-R*  Jensen: "sick! Who's mom?"  *the planchette spells out L-I-L-Y*

Everyone's faces drop and turn to face me which my facial expression was non-existent. Everyone was moving in slow motion, I was faced with what could be the spirit of my mother. I had to ask a personal question that nobody knows except her and my father.

Lily: "ok if it really is you, what did you call me in second grade?" *the planchette spells out Z-I-P-P-Y-L-O-O* Lily: "OH MY FUCKING GOD ITS HER!" Freddie: "babe? Are you ok? I mean it hasn't been long since, you know, since she passed." Amy: "yeah, Freddie is right! Are you ok?" Lily: "yeah, I'm fine. I'm just shocked that's all" Lexi: "LOOK! The thing is moving again" Sophia: "it's called a planchette" Lexi: "oh sorry I don't speak nerd" *the planchette spells out D-A-N-G-E-R* Sam: "what could that mean?" Jensen: "I have no idea but it mustn't be good" *the planchette spells out D-O-N-T-L-O-O-K-B-E-H-I-N-D* Freddie: "don't look behind what?" Lexi: "DON'T LOOK BEHIND LILY!!!"

Everyone turned to look behind me where the jetty was. At the end of the jetty there was a hunched over figure. It was black all over and it looked like a black version of the ghosts from Crimson Peak with the weird smoke coming off it. Suddenly it stood up and we heard the crack of its neck when it turned to us. It had bright yellow eyes that lit up the fog around its eyes. We were all frozen in fear. Our hearts racing. It started to walk down the jetty like a stiff zombie, but it started getting quicker and quicker. We all jumped up and sped through the forest to get to the people carrier Lexi ran around back opening the trunk for Sam and Freddie to jump in while she got into the front passenger seat, I ran around the back closing the trunk when they were in and I clambered into the seat behind Lexi. Everyone was in the car and we all looked up to see that thing running at us. Jensen quickly started the car and put the lights on. All of a sudden it disappeared. We were all relieved until we heard a thud on top of the car followed by screeching of nails. So Jensen put his foot on reverse and got us out of there and onto the road leading back home. Little did we know. Something followed us!
