Gerard cried.
Cried harder than he had ever in his life.
He wanted the words to be fiction.
Not real.
But they were.
Every word said was as real as life.
But he refused to listen. He refused to listen.
But they wouldn't leave his mind. The words crawled in him like a type of bug. A spider perhaps.
But these words led him to do awful, awful things to himself.
So, he sat alone. Waiting for anyone to save him. Even a complete stranger.
"I. Don't. Fucking. Love. You." She poked Gerard's chest with every sentence. Making him whimper at the harsh words and the stabing sensation in his chest.
She laughed.
Such a taunting laugh.
Gerard wipped his tears away and took her hand in his, rubbing the woman's knuckles in such a soothing way that would make any girls heart melt. But no hers.
"Please, I'm begging you, don't leave! I'm sorry for whatever I did to hurt yo-"
"No. I'm sick of you Gerard. I just can't fucking stand you."
"I did nothing wrong Lizzy! Please just don't go. I love you so much Liz!"
Once again, she laughed. But this time it was the last laugh Gerard was going to her from her ever again. Because he was himself. Liz grabbed her purse and the stupid/fat cat with her. She looked over to Gerard and grinned.
"So you later, fatty."
And with that, the door slammed shut. Emitting a loud 'SLAM' spread through the house.
The sound of foot steps caught Gerard off guard. He had forgotten that his friend, (Y/N), was going to visit and watch movies on Netflix with him. But that all changed when she walked in the door. Seeing Gerard curled up into a ball on the floor. Her eyes were franticly staring at every object in the room, trying to figure out what had happened, possibly moments ago.
"Did...did she do this Gee?"
He nodded, crying even harder from the words that were said to him. No one knew what to do, not even the Gods would know. Everyone except (Y/N).
"Sh sh, hey Gerard, sh it's ok. She's gone. You don't have to worry about her, or anyone in the matter of fact- just breath. In, and out. In, and out. Just like that, ok Gee? I'm right here. Out like that, you're doing so good for me. C'mon, lets get you to the couch."
Gerard's breathing started to slow down greatly. Making (Y/N)'s heart lighten up a little every minute. She had her way to sit up, but Gerard had grabbed her arm weakly, speaking so quietly that it was as if it was a whisper.
"Stay. Please."
(Y/N) smiled and nodded, laying down beside Gerard on his couch, taking in his strong cologne, wrapping her arm around his pudgy stomach.
Cute. But anyways, thank you my peeps for reading 😋. Please vote and comment!
