I woke up with everything being a mess and moved my papers into my backpack. I realized it was almost 8 and that I was gonna be late to school. I skipped taking a shower and combed my hair into a ponytail. I quickly put on a clean bra and undies then looked for jeans. I chose black jeans and grabbed some socks, then wore my black Doc Martins. I decided to not stand in my closet for five minutes and search for a top and went with a black hoodie that said 'FUCK' on it. I ran down the stairs and grabbed something in the fridge, then ran out the door. I knew my parents were in the room, but I ignored them. I wanted to get to school early, so I took a bike in our garage and biked to school.
I nearly got hit by a car because I suck at biking, but who cares? I was thirty minutes late and I didn't have time to die. I rushed inside the building and when I was jogging to class, I saw Willow and Anthony together in the hallways. Anthony was very close to Willow, who was leaning against her locker. She twisted her hair and bit her lip, Anthony smiled at everything she said. I didn't want to worry about her and I wanted to give her some space for her to make her own mistakes, so I left them alone and kept walking. Rose then appeared in front of me and smiled.
"Hi, Brittany! How's it going?" She asked and crossed her arms. She didn't have a clique behind her, so I felt a little more relaxed without others laughing at me as she made snarky comments about me.
"Oh, it's fine, Racheal. What about you?" I asked like I care, but she filled me in on whatever she was going through.
"I'm having a party tonight, it's gonna be epic. You and your friends are invited, but uh, I advised you to wear something that is actually real clothes, instead of a sweater that says 'FUCK' on it." She squinted her eyes in disgust and it made me smile.
"Yeah, well I might not go. I think I have better plans than going to your sad party with a bunch of drunks that will puke everywhere. I'm actually going to a real party. A dinner party." I said as if it was better than her lame party and proceeded to head to class, but I hit her shoulder with mine as I walked by. She scoffed and gave me a bitchy smile.
"Maybe you'll learn some manners instead of pushing others and maybe you'd learn to get to class early, bitch!" She yelled as I walked away from her. I threw my hands in the air, flipping her off and hearing her sigh in amazement. Yeah, screw you bitch, I thought.

I opened the door to my classroom and felt like everyone was staring at me. I sat next to Mariah and Oliver, who both left a seat in the middle for me, or maybe because she didn't like him. I had no time to say hi to both of them and began working on my classwork, or what I was able to work on right now. And after five minutes, the bell rang. Nice....

My teacher for 2nd period has arranged assigned seats for everyone so I was no longer able to sit with Oliver, and because Rose was in all our classes now, she was assigned to sit with him now. I was moved to sit with Kurt Slater and Willow, but the teacher didn't change Anthony's seat, so poor me, I had to sit through all their flirting.
"So, you play basketball, how's that going?" I heard Willow say, along with a giggle. Anthony was sitting super close to her and smiled.
"It's going well, I mean, we're not in season so I don't have any games until October." He told her.
"Right, right. Um well, are you excited?" She asked, and I figured she was twirling her hair as always. He scoffed and must've nodded his head, but he didn't.
"Not really. My father makes me because he loves that kind of stuff and I wanna make him proud." He whispered and it made me open my mouth, but I didn't expect myself to say anything.
