You were sitting in history pretending to take notes when a folded piece of paper landed on your desk.

Thinking it was for you you open it and start to read it.

A: Are we talking about (y/n)?

R: of course, who else would we be taking about.

A: well if you like her so much then you should just ask her out already.

R: it's not that simple.

A: it is very simple.

R: it really not.

A:Then I'll make it simple.

R:What does that mean?

And that's where the note ended.

Just then the bell rang, you gather all your things and the note and make your way to your locker.

"(Y/N)!" You hear someone yell from down the hall.

Reggie.

"Hey so a note landed on your desk and history and it's mine and I was wondering if I could have that back?" He asked nervously.

"Sure." You say handing over the folded pieces of paper.

"You didn't read it right?" He asked quickly shoving it in his pocket.

"Why, is it about me?" You smiled.

"Nevermind, thanks for giving it back." He said backing away.

"No problem." You said closing your locker. " but Archie was right." You say causing him to stop in his tracks.

"R-right about what? He asked.

"If you like me, you should just ask me out." You smirked walking closer to him.

"I-I don't know what what you-." You cut him off.

"If you like me you should just ask me you." You say sternly looking into his eyes. " you might not get another chance.

For awhile her just stares at you with his mouth slightly open.

"W-w-would yo-." He stutters.

"Calm down breath." You say grabbing his hand. "Try again."

"(Y/N) would you like to go on a date with me..... today..... after school......at pops?" He asked.

"Reggie Mantle I would love to go on a date with you today, after school, at pops."

Joy overtook his nervous look and he started jumping around the hall way attracting attention to us.

"Okay....okay.....okay, are you sure?" He asked.

"Well now that you mention it......of course I'm sure." You laughed.

"Okay." He said.

"Stop saying okay, please." You said.

"Okay, I mean sure. I'll see you after school at pops." He said running off down the hall.
