*Just a heads up, some people like to add stuff to the end of their stories like dedications or when they are going to update and all but I like my works to feel like a real book, not a blog. So if you want real time updates, I will be posting them to my profile and you can see them but don't forget to follow me to make sure you get it all. Thanks!

I was roaming the halls with Jake, my boyfriend of three months, at my side waiting for the bell to ring. We both had a free period as our last block of the day which didn't make any sense because they wouldn't let us leave so we had to find something to do for an hour.
"What do you want to do today?" he asked squeezing my hand to get my attention away from my daydream.
"I don't know. We could find Casey and see if she wants to hang out." I questioned. He just laughed.
"Why can't it just be you and I for one period?" he winked and gave me that amazing smile that I loved so much.
"C'mon," he pruded. "it'll be fun!" he took my hand and began to shake my hand which shook my arm. I laughed and unwillingly agreed.
"I know this place on school grounds that you will love." We ran through the halls and out one of the courtyard doors.
Our school was almost like a big C shape and in the middle was a gorgeous courtyard filled with flowers and a pond. We had ducks that came every year. She will make a nest and have her babies there and then we have this whole ceramony when they leave.
We ran through a gate that closed off the courtyard and down a path into the woods that the nature club uses every week. We stopped about five minutes down the path and he cut through the trees off of the path. I stopped and assesed the situation.
"C'mon M. It'll be okay. I won't do anything." he came back onto the path and up to me. He put his hand on my cheek and I leaned into it. He slowly leaned in and softly kissed me like he always did. The kiss sent shivers down my spine and as he pulled back a huge smile spread across my face.
"Alright," he smiled taking my hand. "let's go."
We were walking for about five more minutes and I started to get kind of nervous. He was a junior and I was a sophmore. I trusted him but at the same time he kind of scared me.
"Are you sure you know where we are going?" I asked. I kind of knew the area because our houses were very close but I don't usually just go through the woods.
"Yes we're almost there." he smiled again. We then came up to a very large tree and he started laughing. "Are you ready?"
We passed the tree and there it was. A very large very beautiful mansion with vines intertwined and trees growing around it. Almost like nature was trying to hide the magnificent home.
I gasped and he noticed. He gave me a very proud smile and put his hands on his hips very proud of himself.
I slowly started to walk up to the house keeping my hands close to me thinking that if I touched something that everything would dissapear. Jake stayed behind me watching as I awed at the house.
"Can we go in?" I asked quickly. He sighed and crossed his arms while kicking his feet around in the fallen leaves and dirt.
"You could get hurt M," he sighed again at my puppy dog eyes and uncrossed his arms. "I didn't think you would want to go in but - fine." I laughed and ran towards the home.
