A few seconds later Hoseok heard someone knock on his door.
"I heard you slamming the door, are you alright?" A sweet calming female voice said. He looked up to the concerned face of his sister.
Hoseok sat up and Dawon sat next to him, "Oh Hoseok," she said, "did it go that bad?"
He cried even louder and Dawon wrapped her arms around him, hugging her brother.
"I feel sorry for you, you are so good! Can you tell me how it went? It's okay if you just want to sit and cry for a while, I understand." Dawon said, but Hoseok shook his head, "No it's alright. I-I-I just, actual-ly it went great," Dawon frowned, "but when I left, a-and closed the door, I heard the-em say that I couldn't become a back-kground dancer." and as the words left his mouth, he started sobbing again.
"What? No!" Dawon said shocked, "No, this isn't possible! You are so good! I have never seen anyone as good as you!"
Hoseok looked up and took a deep breath, "Apparently good is not good enough, anyway, whatever."
"No no no no no, not whatever! This is your dream, right?"
"Yea but-"
"No! Not 'but' you're going out there and tell them how you feel about this, or I will do it!" Dawon tried to encourage him. Unfortunately it didn't work and Hoseok just shook his head.
"Please don't waste your energy on them" Hoseok said.*time skip to the next day*
It had been a day since Hoseok did his audition when Dawon got a phone call while she was at work.
"Oh my god! Seriously?!" Dawon almost shouted.
She worked at a flower shop and most of the time it was really quiet, so a co-worker came out to check what all the fuss was about.
"Yea! Definitely... yea okay, thank you for letting me know, okay, goodbye." Her co-worker named Park Shin was still frowning at her.
"Dawon is everything okay?" Shin asked her.
She nodded, "Better than okay, I need to get off work now, I'll be back later okay?"
"What for?"
And then she told him all about the phone call.Half an hour later she was at Hoseok's school.
"I need to talk to Jung Hoseok, he's my brother. Something happened and I need to tell him, it can't wait." Dawon blurted out to a women behind a counter. The women's expression changed a little and she said, "Alright, it seems quite important, I'll get him for you."
The women made a phone call to the classroom that Hoseok was in and soon he appeared.
"Dawon? Why are you here? You never leave work until you're done." Hoseok said concerned.
"I need to talk to you" She said seriously.
She motioned for him to sit down on a bench that was near them. Once they both sat, Dawon began her story, "Big Hit called," she started off. Hoseok sighed, "I already know they don't want me, don't make it any worse okay..."
Dawon just smiled, which made him confused. "They called, and they indeed called me to say that they don't want you as background dancer... BUT..." and before she could even say another word, Hoseok said, "but what?!"
"but, they want you in front!" Hoseok's mouth fell open.
"They said you are way too talented to be in the background, they want you become a trainee and be in a group. What is it called again? Something like, bang... bang..."
"BANGTAN SONYEONDAN?!" Hoseok exclaimed. "Ah, yes, that one! They want you to be their main dancer!"
He could not believe his ears, a main dancer... OF A GROUP THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO DEBUT SOON.
"They said that you will be needing to work very hard to either way improve your vocal, or rapping skills. Unless you already can sing of course." Dawon contuniued. Hoseok seemed a little frustrated, "My vocal skills are terrible, but I guess I can rap a little."
"It'll be very hard, because you are far behind from the others. They've been trainees for a very long time, and you're starting tomorrow." She sighed. Hoseok's eyes widened,"wait, tomorrow?!"
"Didn't I mention that?" Hoseok shook his head. "Well, you need to make your descision today, because tomorrow you gotta be at Big Hit Entertainment at 8am... if you accept of course."
