As soon as we got in I did the exact thing I do every day after school . I went into the kitchen took my medication to keep mum happy. I went upstairs into my bedroom and put my favourite YouTube playlist of songs on .

My brother Theo always bursts into my room whenever he feels the need to bug me or he wants something. He always tells me he is here is I wanna talk or if he needs to beat anyone up.

He rarely has friends over because he thinks that it will trigger me or something. I told him he could be he thinks it is best that he doesn't.

He only has ever brought friends back a couple of times. I remember when he brought home his girlfriend and couple of times. I liked her she was good company while Theo was playing on his PS4.

But she cheated on him a couple of months later with one of his best friends so I guessed she wasn't coming back.

Theo doesn't think I am a freak like the others in school or the people who look at me in the street. He likes me.

He is one of the reasons I hold on and keep breathing. I think about how much it would hurt him is I did die and how much it would hurt mum.

I do it for them. I do it all for them.

Whist I am thinking about this I hear a knock on my door.

"Come in if you dare."

It was just Theo but he usually just walks in as he pleases but he knocked this is when I know it is serious.

"Hey"

"Hey"

"Are you ok?"

"I am never ok but you sound serious so what's up? "

"Um...I know you have not had a panic attack or anything in the past couple of days and you seem to be better than usual-"

I cut him off.

"Spit it out Theo."

"Can I bring a mate home tomorrow?"

"Isn't that a question for mum not me?"

"Yeah..but I was wondering if you were ok with it?"

"Sure, I will be fine no need to worry about me."

Theo is older so he always thinks he has to look out for me when he doesn't.
