Naruto thought out loud as they travel through the woods at a lightning speed. They already got the Earth Scroll as a requirement to pass the exam. The previous Team that Kurama and Susanoo knocked out had two of it. Maybe luck wasn't on their side as they got the similar scroll like the ones they have. Although Kurama sensed two scrolls and told Naruto that the other one is missing, this brought Naruto into conclusion that Gaara's Team might have the second Earth Scroll from the Rain genin team. Moreover, Naruto still can't shake the feeling of killing someone or watching someone to be killed. Even though he had already killed a couple of individuals, he still was unable to accept it, Unlike Kurama and Susanoo who were quite obssessed in killing humans because of their foolishness and hunger for power.

The three of them jumped from tree to tree, gaining momentum every time they make jump, keeping their pace into its maximum level. They were travelling in high speed when they heard large explosion from the nearby area. They stopped, looking at each other and came into agreement of checking out the loud explosion. 'Why do we always have to run into trouble...' Naruto asked his question that was more like a statement. 'Hm~ why not Kit? I mean, it can also be converted into experiences.' Kurama convinced, excited as their minds linked again. 'Well~ troubles are troubles... And its troublesome to deal with it.' Naruto huffed while Susanoo glanced at them with an impassive look on her face. 'I mean, Seriously...? C'mon, we should head ba---"

Naruto was cut off when the three of them felt a sudden spike of an ominous chakra in area where the large explosions occurred. Naruto can feel two ominous chakra signatures within the area. The first one was dark, he could feel that the chakra was providing whoever was affected by it a vast amount of reserve while it eats away its own while the other one was clearly the most ominous. However, this chakra was recognized by Naruto the moment he felt it, dangerous yet warm, it was a sizzling feeling that opposite words fit for a description. '...Kurama's chakra...' Naruto said inside of his mind. He could easily tell whether it is Kurama's chakra or not, because of his seal. There's only two of them in Konohagakure who had that kind of chakra... Him and... His sister. '... she might be in trouble'

'Well... there's your reason. So, are we going or not?' Kurama asked in excitement.

For a moment, Kurama noticed Naruto's eyes emit an unsure expression throughout the holes of his mask. It was as if Naruto was hesitating, holding back his own emotions. Kurama looked at the horizon while jumping and sighed, 'Why are you hesitating, Kit? What's holding you back?' Kurama thought as she cut off her link in Naruto's mind. Is it wrong for her to tell the truth that Mito is his sister? Seeing Naruto have conflicting feelings and decisions made Kurama evaluate her reasons for saying the truth. Then she heard a heavy sigh that pulled her out of her own thoughts, it was then that Naruto spoke...

"Alright! It's decided, Let's go!"

As soon as Kurama heard it, a small smile tugged his lips as she looked at Naruto. "...What?" Naruto asked as she felt Kurama's gaze on him. He turned and saw Kurama smiling at him, "I thought you were hesitating to do something back there." Kurama stated.

"...I was."

"Eh? So what made you change up your mind?" Kurama asked, intruiged on her Jinchuuriki's reasons.

"...Nothing, really." Naruto replied and looked away as he flatly rejected to answer Kurama.

"oh, C'mon! Why do you have to be this shy of all times." Kurama teased holding a grin on her face, then she appeared at Naruto's back and hugged him. This caused Naruto to lose his pace, slipped on a tree branch and fell to the ground. "Ow... Can you please never Ever do that again." Naruto stated as he lay down on the ground and looked at the endless sky. It was then that he felt the two ladies land beside him. Kurama chuckled at the remarks that Naruto gave while Susanoo gave a smile. Both of them offered a hand to Naruto to help him get up.
