Unmask the Kitsune

Team Kitsune and the other genins from the Leaf Village managed to survive the exams. Each one of the teams has the requirement to pass the exam. They were met by the red-haired Kunoichi and other masked ones, congratulating them for reaching the goal. However, among the teams that managed to survive, one team didn't achieve the tokens to pass.

It was Team 7.

Half-way through their escape, the snake lady... or man, managed to steal it from Sasuke's pouch. What's more, was that both their Heaven scroll and the Earth scroll that they acquired were all lost. Now, team 7 is on the edge of not passing the test. The red-haired kunoichi frowned at the failed team.

What's done is done. Although she was glad that her daughter, Mito, and her Bestfriend's son, Sasuke, manage to survive until the end, rules are rules. She can't make a judgment just because they survived without the requirements. In the end, she doesn't have any choice but to fail the team.

"If I may..."

She was about to announce to them that team 7 failed but, a voice stopped him making her look at the source of it.

There she saw the representatives of the empire, much more like, the princess and her escorts. But what caught her attention was the voice that interrupted her. It was a boy with spiky blond hair wearing a mask that look like a fox. Just by a single glance, looking directly to his eyes, Kushina could tell that the boy managed to survive because of his own power. There, she can estimate his power rivaling those of the high chuunin.

It was then that the boy threw something to Sasuke, Mito, and Sakura at high-speed. They caught it perfectly but felt their hands going numb because of its force. It was then that they looked at it and raised some questioning looks.

"This..." ~Sasuke

"We don't need it. You can use it to pass the exams." Naruto said, making all the teams surprised, even the ones that came to represent the Empire.

"Whaaat!?!?!?"

"W-w-wait! Kit! Are you serious?! We worked hard for it!" ~Kurama

"Sigh. If thy master wished for it, then it's all fine for me." ~Susanoo

"Not you too, Susanoo!" ~Kurama

It was then that the raven haired teen spoke with an annoyed tone.

"This... I don't need your pity!" The raging voice of Sasuke boomed throughout the cottage. It was like his gut couldn't take the action as it was still hanging on his guts. Was it pride..? Remores?

"Why do you pity us?! Just because we're weak? Without these you will not pass! Is it that easy for you to mock us just because you showed that you are above us! Is it that easy for you to let this chance get away just to see us drowned in debt, that we passed because of your pity..!!! Don't take me lightly! " Sasuke yelled none stop making everyone in the vicinity shocked by the sudden rage. But from what he said, everyone thought of it. He has a point. It does make it sounded like Kitsune gave the scrolls to them out of pity. It was then that the Kitsune spoke...

"Of course not, you misunderstood my intention, my friend... " Naruto said, emphasizing the word 'friend' to Sasuke. This estatement made him more enraged by the fact that he was only toying with him. However, before he could yell again, Naruto spoke again making everyone looked at him with shock.

"... Even without it, We... are going to pass the exam." He said with great confidence on his tone. This statement made the whole place surprised even the Anbu Squad.

" ... W-what?" Sasuke mumbled trying to process the statement.

" All of you misunderstood the test. The rules say that we have to get the opposite of the scroll we have no matter what. Regardless of what tactics we may use, there are certain rules that was left incomplete. Take it this way, the rules say survive, but that doesn't mean that it be 'kill or be killed' scenario. Most of the contenders were lost because that. They were either killed or slayed someone to defend themselves." He explained, making all of them to be speechless. It was then a voice let out his opinion, it was Neji.
