Unmask the Kitsune

Kitsune

It's been 15 years since the Rampage of the Kyuubi in Konoha. Many lost something precious to them. Today, October 10th, is the Anniversary to pay respect to those who died or lost during the attack. Even the Yondaime Hokage and his wife were there to pay respect. However, the citizens don't know that they also grieve for what they lost, their first child, Naruto Uzumaki. Yet, they were thankful that Naruto's Twin sister, Mito, is alive after recieving half of the Kyuubi's immense chakra. Mito, Naruto's twin sister, has a long bright red hair just like his mother with tantalizing crystal blue eyes like his father. She wears a black dress similar to Kushina in her genin years. Mito have a really rough life in her childhood. Altough she is the daughter of the 4th Hokage and someone who deserves respect, she was resented and feared in the shadows by her own village because of the Power she carried. Compared to Kushina who's nickname was 'Red Hot Habanero', she had also received multiple nicknames based on her hair.

"Mom?" Mito asked after they went home from Cemetery.

"What is it honey?"

"What hair color does my brother have?" She curiously asked.

"Hmm. Curious?"
Minato simply asked. Curious too as to why his daughter suddenly asked about her dead brother.

"No, not really. It's just that- my hair is red like Kaa-san." The young redhead simply replied while scratching her right cheek with her index finger.

"Yep~ It's beautiful."
Minato said cheerfully.

This made Kushina flashed red like her hair. But Kushina quickly picked up her composure and just smile. She then spoke to Mito.

"Well, if you're curious about your brother, I'll tell you about him." She said with a smile while Mito listened attentively.

"Where should I start? Oh, from top to bottom. Well,  your brother have a Brilliant Blond hair just like your father with blue eyes, it's not like I've seen his eyes that time when he was a new born but, it kinda gives me a hint that he inherited your father's eyes too. " Kushina described while Minato just smiled in the kitchen preparing food.

"That's all?"

"Yep~ the day that you were born was the same day that he passed away. He was only an infant. If only that day never happened, I can watch you two grow up." Kushina finished, helding her tears back. Minato came to hug and calm her.

Mito just stared at them with a warm feeling of love.

'If only my brother was here.' She thought in his mind.

'If only...'

-with Naruto-

"What a Long Trip." Naruto grunted while stretching his arms and legs.
"I feel... alive now." He stated with a little excitement in his voice.

"Yeah kit, you're alive." This got Naruto jumped from his position, startled and looked at the source of the voice. It was...

...
"A fox?" He deadpanned.

"Yes, a fox." Another voice spoke again from his back which made Him startled again.

"I never thought that the Sage of Six Paths would make a request to make a Gate for you, Child of Prophecy." The voice with a dull red hair reluctantly said with a girl with Blue hair and a paper flower on it just nodded in agreement. The dull red haired guy turned around and dispersed the what it looked like a large head with sharp teeth and purple eyes with rings.

Naruto just stared at the man with awe. His eyes grew wider with stars when he noticed the man's eye. It was Something that he often see when he was in Limbo.

"Your eyes, a Rinnegan, huh." Naruto said with excitement in his voice.

"You're quite knowledgeable brat." The man with Rinnegan simply commented.

"Ahaha, you may not think of it but... I always witness its power back in my Jiji's place. And..." Naruto paused for a bit and closed his eyes.

"I..." he paused again and opened his eyes. His eyes changed and were different from the Captivating Blue ones before, it was purple with rings throughtout the eye. He then turned to them and locked eyes with the red haired man.

"I also have those eyes, the Rinnegan." He said with a little sadness in his voice remembering his family back in Limbo.

This made the red head man and the girl behind him surprised. They didn't expect someone other than the red head to have those eyes in their generation.

"I never thought someone would have the same eyes as me." The read head said. While Naruto deactivated his Rinnegan. He also felt a presence coming towards them, however, it was alone. An orange haired man appeared behind him.

"So, Done?" The man said.

"Yeah, and YOU brat. The Sage of Six Paths already filled me in details. He also asked me some favors to help you when you need assistance. For that, I only wish to be a bridge to your so-called... Peace~ Naruto." The red head guy with Rinnegan calmly stated.

Naruto just nodded with a smile.

"Yakihiko, Konan. It's time for us to go." The Rinnegan eye-holder said in a commanding tone. Konan then started to walk towards Naruto. "Here's a Present." Konan said with an eye-smile. The gift was a mask with a fox style befitted for his title Jinchuuriki of the Kyuubi.

"W-wait!" Naruto hesitated. The three turned around to Naruto with a confuse look on their faces.

"I don't know your names yet."

"Weren't you listening earlier? This is Yahiko and Konan." The red head pointed.

"I already know that, what I mean is YOU." Naruto retaliated. The red head man scratched the back of his head.

"Nagato." He murmured.

"Huh? I can't hear you quite well."

"Oho~He's Shy~~~" Yahiko whispered to Nagato with a smirk on his face.

"Uzumaki Nagato!" This got everyone surprised. It was only once in a millenium that the red head would shout his name like that. He then turned around and continued to walk away, embarrased about his own actions.

"Thanks you for all the help, Yahiko-nii-san, Konan-nee-san and Nagato-nii-san." He finished with a respectful bow.

"Don't mention it. Naruto." Nagato leapt at a tree branch waiting for the other two. While Konan smiled and waved. Yahiko on the other hand, was shaking Naruto's hand like congratulating him for passing an Exam. Naruto just sweatdropped from Yahiko's act.

"And also... Naruto will be my hidden name from now on. Naruto is dead. I like to use an Alias or Nickname." This got everyone's attention, even the Little Kyuubi. He looked at the fox-design mask on his hand and decided to wear it. Then his voice started to sound like a cold-blooded murderer.

"Just call me..."

"Kitsune."
