Chapter Four - The Day After

Aislynn's POV
I woke up, not really remembering what happened last night. It was all just kind of a blur, it went by so fast. I was still wearing Jacks hoodie but I had taken my jeans off in the middle of the night because I got too hot. As I rolled over I noticed Jack was already awake and looking at me."Hey there beautiful" he said in a groggy morning voice.
"Hey there handsome" I said staring into his beautiful dark brown eyes. Hearing his voice made me feel so warm and buzzy inside and I loved it. I can't believe someone so sweet and amazing loved me. He wrapped his arms around me and cuddled me. He gently kissed me on the forehead. Him and I both got up, his hoodie was so big that it draped over my butt and a bit of my legs, his sleeves were also way longer than my arms. As he was grabbing some fresh clothes, I came up behind him and threw my arms over his shoulders. He quickly turned around, picked me up and spun around with me in his arms. I loved this, I loved him. He put me down on the bed and went to the washroom to freshen up. I put my jeans back on and left his room, as I walked down the stairs I looked around. It was so clean, like the party never happened. Grace was sitting in the kitchen with Zach, Daniel, and Jonah."Good morning, it took you two long enough to get out of bed" Daniel said teasingly.
"Oh shut up" I said in a sarcastic way.
"NEVERR!" He yelled laughing.
"We should probably go and get fresh clothes from our house" I said to Grace.
"Yeah we probably should" Grace said.
"Can you guys order us an uber to our house so we can go get fresh clothes" Grace asked
"Yeah sure, I will" Zach said as he got his phone out. Grace stayed downstairs as I went back upstairs to tell Jack where I was going.
"Hey I'm going back to my place with Grace to freshen up and get some fresh clothes.
"Ok" Jack said still in the shower. Once the uber arrived Grace, Zach and I hopped in. Im not sure why Zach came but I didn't really care. I sat in the back of the van type uber, on my phone the whole time. It didn't take very long to get to our house. The uber stopped and let us out. Grace and I entered our house and went straight up to our rooms, Zach followed Grace into her room. I changed into some sweat pants and grabbed my duffle bag and stuffed it full of clothes. It seemed like Grace did the same thing but she actually folded her clothes... unlike me. I was never neat, I was always messy. I don't know I always liked having a messy room because I knew where everything was. Since my car was still at my house, we just drove back to the boys house instead of getting another uber and spending more money than we needed to. As I was driving I could see Zach and Grace cuddling when I looked into my rear view mirror."Don't have too much fun back there" I said jokingly Grace gave me a look, Zach and I both laughed. When we walked into the boys house, Jack was in the kitchen eating some pancakes."Hey lovely" He said walking over to me, he kissed me on the cheek and helped me with my bag. Him and I both walked upstairs, I still had Jacks hoodie on."I see you like my hoodie" he said teasingly.
"Why yes I'm very fond of it" I said giggling. Him and I both went back downstairs. Everyone was sitting in the living room so we went and joined them. Jack sat beside me, holding my hand. Our fingers interlocking, I liked this, he was so nice and sweet to me.
"What do you guys want to do today" Daniel asked. Grace immediately piped up.
"Oo, oo, oo, we should go to the Santa Monica Pier!" Grace said excitedly.
"We should, it'd be really fun" Zach said.
"All in favour for spending time at the Santa Monica Pier say i" Daniel said. Everyone said i, Jack and I went upstairs so we could get out of our sweats and into some decent clothes. Before I knew it, Jack and I were laying on the bed. Passionately kissing each other.
