I haven't said this in a while, but I only own... *sigh* Rin, Akihiko, and Himari. (I thought about putting all of the characters that I came up with, but that would be a drag.. 😅 (crap.. am I turning into Shikamaru??))

I started walking back to Sasuke's place just when the sun stared rising. Geez.. I was out for an hour or thirty minutes? What time does the sun rise here anyway?

"What are you doing out so late?" I familiar voice called to me.

I turned to find Kiba crouching down on a lamp post.

"I could ask you the same." I replied before he jumped down in front of me.

"Just going for a walk." Kiba said.

"At like, 6:00 in the morning?" I said surprised.

"Well, my sister had me run a quick errand. She's been really busy lately." Kiba said with his hands in his pockets. "So, what about you?"

I shrugged.

"I just woke up in the middle of the night, and I couldn't fall back asleep. I took the opportunity to go ask Naruto a question. He wasn't exactly pleased with me waking him up before the sun even rose." I said.

Kiba nodded.

"Well, I should go back home before I get yelled at." I said not specifying who would yell at me. Don't want anyone to be suspicious of me.

"Yeah right. I doubt that Uchiha would yell at you." Kiba scoffed.

"Oh really? Wanna bet on this?" I raised an eyebrow. "Wait a minute! How'd you know?"

"It's obvious, I can smell him on you." Kiba said.

Crap.. crap.. mind, go away! Now's not the time to be thinking like a pervert!

"Not like that, you idiot!" Kiba yelled.

"Hehe, sorry sorry." I said rubbing the back of my neck.

"So, about that bet, you're on." Kiba said with determination in his eyes.

"Okay. If I'm wrong, I'll treat you to Ichiraku, and if you're wrong you treat me?" I said.

"Hmm.. how about, if you're wrong, you'll do whatever I ask." Kiba said as we stood on the middle of the street.

What's the worse thing he could ask for? I'm pretty sure I've done worse things.

"Okay, you're on." I said as we shook hands.

"See ya' later." Kiba said before he jumped from roof to roof going home.

I feel like I got myself into a horrible mess..

I slowly opened the front door once I got back. I didn't see any light on before I walked in, but I think the curtains were closed. I then thought it was probably a better idea to go in on the balcony.

When I was fully in the apartment, it sounded like something like a door or window was open. I walked further in, and the door on the balcony was open.

"Why's that open?" I thought aloud.

I walked over to close it and lock the door.

"Rin,"

Hmm.. a wonder whose voice that is! Well, his voice startled me.

"Holy crap, Sasuke, you scared me." I said as I was partly crouched over with my hand on my chest.
