"Wow.. that makes me think deep.. but, I guess he has a point."

"Heck yeah! Wish us luck!" Naruto cheered.

Ibiki chuckled before he sensed something..?

A huge crash happened making me jump and cause glass to fly everywhere.

"What's going on?" Naruto shouted and everyone agreed.

And then Anko appeared!

Hey! This is no time to be celebrating! I am the examiner for the second test, Anko Mitarashi. Now, let's go! Follow me!" she raised her hand above her head, pointing to the ceiling.

Everyone was frozen, or just staring wide eyed. I was still surviving from me jumping 5,000 feet.

"Bad timing.." I heard Ibiki say to Anko.

A moment of silence passed.

"Seventy-eight? You left seventy-eight teams? The test was too easy this time!" Anko said.

"This time, there are a lot of outstanding ones."

He must be talking about Naruto.

"Meh, that's fine. I'll at least cut them in half in the second test." Anko replied.

The second test is the one I'm worried about.

"Ahh, I'm getting excited! I'll explain everything once we've changed places. Follow me." Anko said.

Yeah, it's obvious that she's Orochimaru's student.. she gives me ehhh vibes.

"Welcome to the stage for the second test, practice area forty-four. Also known as the Forest of Death." Anko said.

Anyone would be uneasy with a title like that. It's like an amusement park ride I wouldn't go on.

"Ugh, this is creepy.." Sakura said.

I was kind of standing by Team 7 than my own team. Hehe.. oops..

"You'll soon find out why it's called the Forest of Death." Anko said with a smirk on her face.

"'You'll soon find out why it's called the Forest of Death'" Naruto mocked. " You think that scares me? That's nothing! I'm not afraid!"

Well, you are going to be passed out for most of it, Naruto..

"Yeah, you are spirited." Anko said before she pulled out a kunai and threw it making it skim past Naruto, cutting his cheek.

"Kids like you are quickly killed hehe," Anko giggles.

Ughh.... I'm uncomfortable..

"spraying that red blood I love.." Anko said as she licked Naruto's blood.

Ugh.... again..

Yep.. I'm looking away before anything more weird started happening.. but, poor Naruto.

I plug my ears and try not to listen because yeah.

Akihiko nudges my shoulder to start paying attention again.

"Now, before we start the second test, there's something I have to pass out." Anko held up a stack of papers. "You must sign these agreement forms. There will be deaths in this one, and if I don't have you sign these, it'll be my responsibility."

I'm sure everyone at this point this creeped out by Anko.. Thank God in Naruto Shippuden she isn't like this..

"I'm going to explain the second test, then you can sign it afterwards. And then each team will check in at the booth behind me." Anko said.

"Yay.. more rules.."

"Okay, I will now explain the second test. Simply put, you will attempt the ultimate survival. First, I'll explain the area in which it will take place. Around practice area forty-four, are forty-four locked gates. Forest, river, and a tower in the center. From the gates to the tower it's about 10 kilometers." Anko explained.

"Ahh, how much is 10 kilometers again?"

"During the survival in here, you will be asked to complete a task. Using your many weapons and jutsu, you will compete in a no rules scroll battle."

"Scroll?" Someone said.

"Yes. You will fight over these two scrolls, the heaven and earth." Anko said as she pulled out two scrolls, white and green.

"There are seventy-eight people here, meaning twenty-six teams. Half, thirteen, will get the heaven scroll, and the other thirteen will get the earth scroll. To pass this test, your team must make it to the tower with both scrolls."

"So, thirteen teams will loose their scrolls.. half of the teams will definitely fail.." Sakura said.

"But, there's a time limit. This second test will last one hundred twenty hours. Exactly five days."

"Five days?" People shouted.

"What about dinner?" Choji asked.

"You're on your own. The forest is full of food. Just watch out for man eating beasts, poisonous insects, poisonous plants.. and thirteen teams passing is not likely. As the days go on, the distance to the goal will become farther and the time to rest will become shorter. And the area is crawling with enemies. You won't get much sleep."

"I already don't get much sleep.." I said under my breath.

So not only will some fail by losing the scroll, but some will die from the harshness of the course." Anko said. "Now, I'll talk about what will disqualify you. First, those who don't make it to the tower, with both scrolls, within the time limit. Second, those who lose a teammate or those who have a teammate killed. As a rule, there's no quitting in the middle. You will be in the forest for five days. Oh, and one more rule. You must not look inside the scroll until you make it to the tower."

"What happens if you do?" Naruto asked.

"There will be a surprise for anyone who does." Anko said with another smirk. "A chunin will be asked to handle classified information. This is your test on trustworthiness. That is it for the explanations. Exchange the three forms for your scroll. Then, choose a gate to get ready for the start. A final word of advice, don't die."

A chunin then came from behind the booth thing.

"It's about time to exchange."

"Ugh.. I'm nervous.." I said wiping my hands on my jacket.

"I'm sure we'll be fine!" Himari said.

"I hope you're right.. I've never been camping before so.." I said.

"Don't worry, Rin." Akihiko said as he hit my back. "Himari and I have hunting experience. We'll survive and become chunin."

"Yeah! We can do this!" I said pumped, but still a bit nervous.
