It all began centuries ago in a world long forgotten with thrice the amount of seers and prophets. A sword was created in the forges of a frozen wasteland known as Eli'rae the home of the pale elves. Centuries passed and the world changed there people almost died out but the sword was always near. Some tried to read the prophetic runes etched on the blade but it is said only the one whom is meant to wield the sword may read its ancient text. As the crowd around the sword dissipated a child walked to it about the age of one hundred still growing but close to being an adult in there eyes. Her skin was a pale violet her hair a deep blue while her eyes her most notable feature glowed a dim amber as if a blacksmith's forge had lost its customers. Her hands reached for the blade instinctively and the sword glowed in her presence she flinched and backed away her flowing hair following her movements "What?" She questioned before looking around no one had seen what had happened. Before she collapsed the last thing she saw was an amber spirit appear near the blade before it all went black.
A few hours passed until she woke up to hear screams of mercy and elves cowering in fear. She stood slowly and noticed that the sword had appeared in her sheath and jumped "The hell!" She said before feeling an arrow glide past her cheek. She took out the blade turning just in time to cut an arrow in half that had gone for her chest. She got into her stance holding the sword above her head as it glowed her eyes doing the same the forges 'customers' had arrived. Arrow after arrow was thrown at her as she twisted the blade to block and cut through the arrows heading towards the enemy. 'Don't go that way go the other' a little voice in her head whispered to her. She ignored it but the voice repeated itself until she was in reach of an enemy blade. Her enemy wore tough black leather armor and had white hair with violet eyes. She made a note of his looks as she charged. The man she was fighting simply watched her charge and stepped aside before cutting her arm. She groaned in pain as she inspected the deep cut 'Run!' The voice in her head yelled "You might want to listen to the voice wouldn't want the prophesized one killed before her time" the man said before laughing spinning his blade in his hand as he stared at her. She shook her head 'focus Rin' she thought before she looked around elf after elf fell from the mans comrades and as she turned to him she felt his sword go through her heart "You should a listened why you had the chance" the man said before everything went black.
