The Crystals *Final* (Lyric's finished business)

The group looked at the tower in awe as they approached it to Activate the Crystal Lock, once the lock was done, they can finally use the tower to get to the last crystal.

Everyone: Whoa...

Amy: Come on guys!

Amy, Knuckles and Silver stepped onto the elevator and immediately went up without the rest.

Sonic: What happened?

Tails: It must've been designed to only take three, don't worry, I've got a plan.

Meanwhile with Amy, Knuckles and Silver...

Amy: A floating city. This is incredible!

They went through zip-lines and laser activated doors with no robots in the way for the first time, though things were a bit annoying because of knuckles but they managed.

Silver: There they are! They made it just in time.

Sonic went into the middle to get the crystal, once he got it he passed it over to Shadow who nodded back. But suddenly, robots appeared around Sonic. They haven't attacked yet, then Lyric appeared.

Lyric: Sonic, so glad for you to have join us. Once I knew you had the map, all I had to do is sit back and wait, while you collected all my crystals for me. Now, hand them over.

Sonic: Not gonna happen snake-breath.

Lyric: Really? Let's see what your friends and lover think.

The robots started coming closer to Sonic in all directions, Sonic tried to keep his eye on everyone of them. The group saw Sonic's spot, and had no choice.

Sonic: Guys, don't do it! We can take them!

Shadow dropped the crystal, then the others followed shortly until all the crystal are out.

Shadow: Okay Lyric, we have given up what you want. Let. Him. Go.

Lyric: I have a better idea. *presses the button*

The robots started charging up their canons, and all of shot at Sonic at the same time making him fly in the air and fall into a pit, getting buried under heavy rocks.

Everyone: NOOO!!!!!

Shadow: SONIC!!!!!

Lyric: Our unfinished business, is finished.

Lyric starts to leave with the crystal and the robots disappeared after that, the group went to the and saw a lot of heavy rocks. They immediately started moving them away quickly, in hopes of trying to save their friend and lover in time. Once they managed to get enough rocks away so they could get him out, they were shocked to see that he was unconscious. Shadow went to get Sonic and put him down on his lap his hand under Sonic's head, he looks at him with worry as he slide a hand through his quills. He then brings it to Sonic's nose to see if he's breathing, and sighed in relief when he is but still knocked out.

Silver: He's still alive, that's good. But now we have get out of here before we fall along with this place.

Shadow: *nods* I'll carry him. We have to get to the plain.

The group started making their escape, but they had to fight a few robots that stood in their way. Silver protected Shadow and Sonic wit his powers so they could be safe while the others fight, and once they managed to get to the plain, they immediately tried to get the plain. Shadow stopped and look up to see falling rocks from above, and when he looks from the plain, he saw one huge one heading straight for them. The rock knocked the plain off the road, but tails managed to start it up and make it fly before it could fall any more. Shadow started racing for it with Sonic in his arms, he's trying to catch up to it.

Tails: Shadow! I can't stop!

Then the road in front of Shadow suddenly fell apart, so Shadow teleported to the plain instead. He kneels down and puts Sonic in the window seat, as he started to cough and wake up.

Sonic: -cough- -cough- Uh...Shadow...

Shadow: It's okay Sonic, everything's fine *rubs Sonic's head to comfort him*

Knuckles: Uh! How did we get stuck with the exit row?!

They started making their way to Lyric's territory, and with that journey, Shadow has been helping Sonic get back up again. He was happy when Sonic's all better, and now, started facing their determined head to the fight that their about to have.
