Retrieving a Baltian Tech: Shield Rose in Action

   The cold air rose in the starry evening sky which the silence roamed around the forests of Brandenburg, Germany. It seemed peaceful for the local residents, but they had no knowledge about a secret activity in the area. In the other side of the woods, some HYDRA foot soldiers were guarding an abandoned farmhouse where they had kept a valuable piece of alien technology from a UFO crash.

While on duty, a German HYDRA guard in his early 20s carelessly yawned and slowly closed his eyes to sleep. His senior partner stared at him and punched his face.

" Ludwig, Wachen Sie auf!" said the senior HYDRA guard. " Herr Kommandant does not want us to sleep in our schedule!"

" OUCH! What do you mean?"

" He asks us to take charge in watching the light from the Raumausländer!" THE UFO CRASH IN THE FOREST!"

" Ja, those tall beings from space.."

" Did you remember Herr Kommandant ordered us to kill them yesterday?"

" Ja! It was a bloody one! It's just like the White Fang did several months ago!"

The other HYDRA guard sighed and made a strong face palm. He moved his head from side to side at Ludwig's answer. He frowned like an old man got angry to his son.

" SIE, IDIOT! Die White Fang sind alle tot! Es gelang ihnen nicht in die ganze Welt zu zerstören!" he angrily cried. " The White Fang doesn't exist anymore! Someone had stopped those Space Invaders! This time, HYDRA takes the lead!"

" Es tut mir Leid. Ich weiß wirklich nicht, was passiert ist." Ludwig shamefully lowered his head to apologize.

" YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT! THE AGENTS OF WHITE FANG HAD LOST THEIR VICTORY IN TAKING OVER THE WORLD!"

" Herr Kommandant, we didn't expect to see.." the guards were surprised at the stony red face leader who eavesdropped at the middle of their conversation.

" Ja! HYDRA shall take over with the delayed mission which they had begun!" Red Skull grinned to his minions and pointed at the glowing barnhouse. " The only thing that we have for now is the Baltian nuclear reactor inside this structure. Our scientists have been studying for hours about its enormous energy level capable of destroying anyone on the planet. Our plan is to obtain its energy and use it as the most destructive weapon. No one from the Avengers will dare to get it! They will suffer from our hands, first!"

" Boss, what are Baltians?" Ludwig curiously asked.

" Those excessively tall creatures that I ordered you to slaughter them last night from the UFO crash! Sie sind vergesslich ein , nicht wahr?! "

" Sir, what about the Avengers? Do they have allies to stop us?"

" The Agents of SHIELD..." Red Skull replied and gave them a clue by pointing at the stars. " They have made an alliance with the Männer in Schwarz, the world's unknown secret organization. Now, we have more enemies to destroy!"

" But how are we going to stop them from getting the Baltian nuclear energy?"

Red Skull remained silent and thought about his minions' question. He repetitively went to and fro to make a final decision in preventing his opponents to take away the alien tech from them. But just behind the bushes, there were three undercover agents from MIB and SHIELD who listened at the HYDRA people's conversation.

" So this is what Kuya Popoy had told me about few hours ago before we came," Nat Dela Cruz held her night vision binoculars. " It's an alien crash which the Earthlings raided and murdered the aliens. I wish that he's here with us. Besides, he can speak more fluently in German than I am."

" Nat.. they're Baltians," R the maroon-headed MIB lady replied. "They're the ones who are too excessively tall. Mr. K has told me about their arrival for every 10 years. Our mission is to retrieve the glowing thing that makes the Neuralyzer before it ends up in the wrong hands. Besides, Big Bro P's busy with something else. That's why we're assigned here in Germany. We can do it as Pyromaniac can stop them in no time!"

" Girls, the HYDRA baddies made a murderous thing to them.." Mark the cat Faunus added. " They stole something from the dead Baltians just like the White Fang did before."

"You're right, Mark. It had happened though. So, you're saying that they got a glowing thing at the barn house?" R fixed her eyes at the luminescent object from the area.

" Yeah, R! Miss O told us about to take it and stop the bad guys!"

" Okay.. Let's think of a plan in how to divert them and begin with our attack."

" Hey, R.." the Filipina SHIELD agent had a weird idea that sprang from her head. " Maybe, we should bring these bushes and make them walk. The HYDRA people will never notice us.."

" No, I don't think so, Nat,"

" Well, I've got a better plan!" Mark beamed. " I'm a Cat Faunus,right?! I can make shadow clones just like Agent B does. I can trick them and let you in the premises. Isn't that great?! Then you, gals, are gonna call the back-ups just in case the fight gets tougher."

R and Nat were glancing each other about what the Faunus MIB trainee had mentioned. The three sleuths didn't notice that someone were standing behind them. The HYDRA foot soldiers pointed their weapons at them. Mark, Nat, and R nervously raised their hands and felt sweating on their faces.

" Hallo! Meine Freunde und ich sind campen!" Agent R anxiously grinned and sighed as she spoke in German.

" Ja.....B-Bitte geben Sie mir weitere Flasche Bier!" Agent Dela Cruz pretended to be drunk and asked for beer.

" Hmmmm.. Actually, I'm here to make a Youtube video about the real-life Firewatch. That's why I joined the camp!" Mark showed his camera to show them a diversion.

" Please tell us the truth! Why are you here?!" the HYDRA lieutenant indignantly asked.

" Okay.... okay..." R laughed and touched her abdomen. " I'm really hungry after a long hike. My friends had eaten all the cookies and marshmallows in my back-pack. Nothing had left for me. So, I'm looking for mushrooms to make a soup.. Maybe you can help me find one!"
