Faunus and Asgardian: Lightning meets Shadow

It was a humid afternoon in Roswell, New Mexico.The desert winds were too low on the highway. The middle-aged truck driver focused himself on the steering wheel until he was surprised to see a hulking rock giant in front of him.It came out from nowhere. He was afraid to see a monster as it began to smash the driver's vehicle. The man immediately got away and ran for his life.

The monster followed him and used his limbs to crush the human. The man screamed for help and waved his arms to the incoming vehicles along the way.

" SOMEBODY CALL THE HIGHWAY PATROL!!"

The other drivers also saw the rock giant. They couldn't believe in what they had looked. Some of them took pictures and videos from their mobile phones. The others were calling for help. The stone colossus stepped and crashed every car and truck it had seen. The crowd just panicked and created a tumult. The Highway patrol stopped their vehicle and readily stood with their rifles.

" So, that's the giant all right?" the officer asked.

" Yeah! It's coming to our way!!" the female bystander yelled and fled.

" Officer, we have to shoot it!!" the fellow patrolman said and began to use his projectile to cease the rock behemoth. They pulled their triggers and seemed to be running out of them. The other officer escaped in fear.

" Hey! Come back!!"

Suddenly, there was another crowd dressed up in black who arrived in the riotous incident. The other one was a dark-haired Faunus lady who came along with Agents J, K, S, and T. The remaining patrolmen were surprised to see them.

" We're from Division 6 of Highway Patrol," J showed his badge to them. " We'll take it from here."

" How did you know..."

" My Faunus instinct tells me," Agent B said and held her newly improved Gambol Shroud on her hand. " You need to get out of here, right now."

" What is she saying?" the junior patrolman asked and shrugged.

" I don't get it.." the chief officer said.

" Amigo, she's a psychic.." S the Mexican-American replied and began shooting the monster.

" She's right, sport.." K the senior agent added. " It's an emergency."

" Mate, please gain way.." T the British MIB rushed and used his space gun to raid. The highway patrol team left and moved into a safe area.

The Men in Black people began to fire their weapons to the rock giant. The monster went berserk and smashed every agent it noticed. They dodged quickly for their safety. Agents K, S, and T almost shot it. However, J closely approached the giant. B used a projectile from her weapon as she kept firing. Then, she was shocked to see her fellow's brave confrontation.

" HEY!! CRUSTY! WANNA PIECE OF US!" he cried to the earth goliath. " GO AHEAD! SMASH ME!"

" Oh for crying out, slick!" K the senior agent sighed.

" He's gettin' in trouble.." S said.

" Oh for galaxy's sake.." T added and yelled. " J don't you dare to play tricks!! YOU'RE NOT DAVID THE GIANT SLAYER!!"

" J!! NO, YOU CAN'T DO THAT!!" B the Cat Faunus screamed.

" Slicks, call the back-ups and the SHIELD people," their senior agent ordered. " This is not an ordinary extraterrestrial that we can handle."

J was about to get near with the abomination but he failed. The rock giant grabbed him into his rough and solid hands. J yelled and almost felt his ribs to get pushed. Agent B used her shadow clones to divert the monster's attention. The faux Faunuses attempted to hit the monster as soon as they could. B was focusing on how to save her fellow MIB. She saw her shadow clones were being destroyed and disappeared on thin air as the monster stepped on them. It created huge road cracks. B got near to the African-American on the monster's right hand, but she was being held by its left-hand.

" Let me go!!" she felt being overpowered.

" B, use your shadow clones!" J gasped as he could.

" I can't!!"

" HEEELLLLLPPPP!! K!!!"

Suddenly, there were another wave of MIBs and SHIELD agents who arrived in this distress. K and his companions also joined the shooting but their weapons were no match for the rock giant's strength. Coulson studied this attack against the solid titan. Some of his SHIELD people were on the evacuation and rescue activity to keep the people safe.

" Our weapons are too low for the projectile," Coulson said. " We tried to hit the colossus as we can. We need more high-powered ones."

" Same," K replied. " We have two agents from it. They're in peril."

" Perhaps, I can help with thy menace.." a blonde man greeted which he came from the sky.

" THOR?!"

" My father, Odin has sent me to stop this Jotun created by my brother." he replied. " He has plans to destroy your world out of his revenge."

" LOKI?!" S and T asked in their curious unison.

" Yes, I shall help in thy quest to exterminate thee.."

" Good luck, Asgardian.." K said. " You have to rescue the two MIBs."

" I will.."

Thor walked immediately as he could. He summoned when there was lightning emanating from his hammer. Then, he directly threw it to the stone Jotun's head. It growled loudly like a lion. Thor took the Faunus and the Earthling from its hands. Agents B and J hit and Thor struck it to its final blow. It exploded when they got escaped.


" You two are all safe from thy Jotun.."

" Yeah, thanks," J nervously nodded and smiled. He turned to B and said. " B, are you okay?! B?!"

B was speechless and blushing as she saw her rescuer from Asgard. She couldn't get her eyes off that man. She was not able to return to her normal self. Agent J tried to get her attention.

" YO, B! SNAP OUT OF IT!"

" Oh, I'm so sorry.." she said. " I appreciated for what you've done. Thank you."

" It's a pleasure my lady. I am Thor from Asgard." Thor kissed the Faunus MIB's right hand. " You don't seem to belong here. I saw your shadows fighting the Jotun."

" Yes, I'm from a distant world. I'm working with the MIB and SHIELD. By the way, It's nice to meet you."

" I see then. I hope I can join your exploits with thy factions and the Avengers."

" Uhh.. sure.. a team-up will be great. I'm Agent B."

" It's good to be in thy acquaintance."

" Woahh." J got surprised. " Thor will be with us?! He's an Avenger, right?!"

" Yes, slick.." K answered. " He's with P a.k.a Pyromaniac. We'll join with them."

" It's true. Our alliance with the Avengers had formed as well," Coulson smiled.

" Hey, B.. you're lucky with that guy.." S laughed. " He's a handsome fella."

" He's a superhero with a Shakespearean talk.." T added. " But, you'll love him with his purity and wisdom."

B was smiling at her companions when she found out about her Thor's description and involvement with the Avengers. For her, she felt like a person won in a lottery.

" It's the best acquaintance ever! I'm willing to join Thor!"

The MIB agents kept neuralyzing the crowd while the people from SHIELD helped in the cleaning operation after the horrendous incident. B the cat-Faunus was looking forward for her next mission with the Asgardian. She couldn't wait for it. This was a beginning of a new adventure for the MIB and SHIELD.
